Plumbing & Drain Specifications (Nespresso Momento 120 - Drain is Optional)

Placement:
Recommended cut out for electrical connection, direct water connection, and waste water. Avoid collision with feet!
Water Connection:
- Check here if water connection and filter is not required / pour over setup
- Check here if water connection is required and ensure that the next four points are available:
- Shut off valve
- 3/8" NPT Female Connector for water source (as pictured)
- Distance of water source < 12 ft from machine
- 3/8" Compression Adapter if teeing into existing water lines

Liability
If a customer requires a copy of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or to be listed as a Certificate Holder, a letter of requirements on the customer's business letterhead must be furnished outlining the Certificate Holder's business name, complete address, email address, fax number, and insurance coverage requirements by coverage category.
Agreement
By signing this form, you acknowledge that the site for installation is or will be ready with all minimum requirements outlined on this form prior to your scheduled appointment. If the site is not prepared by the date and time set for your installation and your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival of our certified service provider, you agree to pay a fee for rescheduling your appointment as determined by Nespresso USA, Inc.
