Introduction
The RISCO WiCOMM Smart Hub is an advanced, easy-to-install security system designed to protect homes and small businesses. It offers robust operation, providing peace of mind through continuous monitoring and timely alarm notifications, even during power outages.
Configuration is managed via the RISCO Express Wizard. Control can be exercised on-site or remotely through a wireless slim keypad, remote keyfob, a mobile device (Android or iOS), or a web browser application. The system supports visual verification through PIR Camera motion detectors, allowing users to view real-time images upon alarm activation or at any time.

The WiCOMM Smart Hub kit includes essential components for system operation, with additional detectors and accessories available for purchase to enhance and customize your security setup. Key components include the Smart Hub itself, power adapter, Ethernet cable, screws, anchors, LCD keypads with proximity readers, wireless slim keypads, 4-button remote keyfobs, magnetic door/window contacts, pet-friendly PIR motion detectors (with and without cameras), wireless smoke and heat detectors, indoor wireless sounders, wireless acoustic glassbreak detectors, and wireless flood detectors.

Installation and Setup
Installation is guided by the RISCO Express Wizard, accessible via http://riscocloud.com/express. The wizard provides step-by-step instructions for programming, installing the system, and connecting to the Cloud and Monitoring Station. Key steps include connecting to the network (via Ethernet or cellular SIM card), installing the SIM card, connecting to the power supply, entering personal and system information, setting up devices by their serial numbers, assigning user codes and proximity tags, and installing the devices.
The system requires a network connection for initial setup and ongoing communication. Users are advised to add additional devices before starting the self-installation process and to change the default Master User Code for enhanced security.
User Operations
The WiCOMM Smart Hub allows for various user operations, including setting the time zone, changing user codes, and managing system settings such as full setting, stay/partial setting, area setting, and unsetting. Battery replacement for detectors is also detailed within the manual.
