After-sales services are generally limited to the country or region of original purchase, unless otherwise promised by Xiaomi or prohibited by law.
Under the consumer warranty, Xiaomi will, at its discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, repair, replace, or refund your product.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Force majeure events
- Abuse or damage resulting from user negligence or fault

Warranty Exclusions
These warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Products that were not properly imported, manufactured, or acquired from Xiaomi or an official Xiaomi seller are not covered.
