Xiaomi Consumer Warranty Information
This document outlines the consumer warranty benefits provided by Xiaomi. As a Xiaomi consumer, you may benefit from additional warranties under certain conditions. These warranty benefits are supplementary to, and not a replacement for, any legal warranties provided by your national consumer law. The duration and conditions of legal warranties are governed by respective local laws.

General Warranty Terms and Conditions
After-sales services are generally limited to the country or region of the original purchase, unless prohibited by law or otherwise promised by Xiaomi.
Under the consumer warranty, Xiaomi will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund your product to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Force majeure (acts of God)
- Abuse or damage caused by user negligence or fault
The contact person for after-sales service can be any individual within Xiaomi's authorized service network, authorized distributors, or the final vendor who sold the products. If you have any doubts, please contact the relevant person identified by Xiaomi.
Geographical Exclusions
The warranties described herein do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Non-Covered Products
Products that were not duly imported, manufactured by Xiaomi, or acquired from Xiaomi or an official Xiaomi seller are not covered by these warranties. In such cases, applicable law may allow you to benefit from warranties provided by the non-official retailer who sold the product. Xiaomi advises contacting the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
Mexico Specific Information (Limited Warranty)
For products sold in Mexico, Xiaomi Software de México S de R.L. de C.V. provides a limited warranty for one year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
During the warranty period, Xiaomi will, at its discretion, repair the product with new or genuine used parts, replace it with a new or equivalent model, or refund the original purchase price.
Exclusions for the Mexico warranty include:
- Product used under conditions other than normal.
- Product operated contrary to the user manual.
- Product altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
To obtain warranty service in Mexico, consumers must present the product along with the sealed warranty card, invoice, or receipt. Contact information for service centers and the importer is provided on the document.
