Download the App
Download the "Wansview" APP from the App Store or Google Play to your supported device. Alternatively, scan the provided QR codes to download the app.

Power on Camera
Ensure the camera is in the same room and close to the router before setup. Connect the camera to power using the included power supply.
Connect Phone with 2.4G WiFi
Connect your mobile phone to a 2.4G WiFi network. 5G WiFi is not supported for the camera. If you have a dual-band router, ensure your 2.4G WiFi name is distinct from your 5G network name.

Add Camera and Connect WiFi
- Select [Add IP Camera] and tap to add the camera.
- Select [Add cameras via WiFi mode].
- Scan the QR code on the back of the camera.
- Hold the "Reset" button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the blue light turns on.
- Name the camera and tap [Next].
- Input your WiFi password and click on [Connect to WiFi].
- Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed on your phone. Click on [Blue light has quickly flashed] when the blue light flashes quickly.
- When the camera receives the WiFi signal, it will emit two beeps.
- The camera status should show as online. Congratulations! Your camera is set up. Click on the image to start viewing and controlling it.

Tip: You can relocate the camera after setup. Unplug it, move it to the new location, and plug it back in. The camera will connect to your WiFi automatically. Ensure the new location is within range of your router.
Live Video Interface
The live video interface allows you to view and control your camera. Suggested: Change the default password for security. Refer to page 13 for instructions.
- Mirror: Flips the video horizontally.
- Flip: Flips the video vertically.
- IR ON/OFF: Controls the infrared night vision.
- Listen on/off: Toggles audio input.
- Talk on/off: Toggles audio output.
- Contrast: Adjusts video contrast.
- Brightness: Adjusts video brightness.
- Snapshot to phone: Takes a picture and saves it to your phone.
- Record video to phone: Records video and saves it to your phone.
- Resolution: Switch between 1080P/480P.
- Restore to default: Resets video settings to default.

Connecting to a Second Phone
Wansview cameras support up to 4 devices viewing simultaneously. After connecting the camera to WiFi with the first phone:
- Download the Wansview App on the second phone.
- Launch the Wansview app and tap [+], then select "Add already connected network camera".
Ways to add the camera:
- Lan Search: If the mobile device and camera are on the same WiFi network.
- Scan QR code: Scan the camera's QR code if it's accessible.
- Manually input camera information: Enter the camera's DID (found on the camera's sticker or Wansview app), default username (admin), password (123456), and a name for the camera.
User Management
When the camera is online, click on [Advanced Setting] under the "User Setting/Management" section to:
- Change the default username (admin) and password (123456).
- Create additional user accounts (Operator or Viewer) with specific access rights.
User Roles:
- Administrator: Full access rights.
- Operator: Can operate on the live video screen but cannot access settings.
- Viewer: Can only view the camera feed.
Note: Passwords should not exceed 20 characters.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
- Multi-view function: Tap "More" on the Menu, then choose "Multi-View" to use multiple cameras.
- Change video stream resolution: Click the [480P] icon to change resolution.
- Night vision not working: Ensure the IR light is turned on via the app interface.
- Restore to factory default: Push and hold the "Reset" button for 15-20 seconds until the red light flashes quickly and a beep is heard. The camera will revert to factory default settings (username: admin, password: 123456).
- Remote access issues:
- Check if the Wansview App has cellular data permission on your phone if using cellular data.
- If using other WiFi networks, the issue might be your router's firewall blocking external access. Consult your router's manual or the provided link for instructions on disabling the firewall: wikihow.com/Access-a-Router
