Purpose-built for commercial real estate, retail, multifamily, and hospitality industries, Schlage Performance Series™ locks feature exceptional quality and style at a highly competitive price point. The PM Series offers 26 functions, including three electrified, and four mortise deadbolt functions, all made to meet Schlage's rigorous quality standards. With popular levers and finish options, Schlage's full key system security line up, and its durable design, users can meet needs for both security and style. These locks are designed to suite with other Allegion products for a complete door hardware solution and provide a consistent user experience. The PM Series mortise locks can also suite with the PT Series tubular locks, as they share lever and rose styles.

Thumbturns
A Large ADA thumbturn (09-509 x L583-363) is available. The PM463 uses a cylinder thumbturn.
Indicators
Sectional, single-sided Lock Status Indication with a 180-degree window is offered on 16 functions. Lock status indication uses red and white windows for quick readability, indicating Locked/Unlocked or Occupied/Vacant.

Passage Latch (PM010)
Levers on both sides; latchbolt only. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side at all times. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
Bath/Bedroom Privacy Lock (PM040)
Emergency thumbturn access outside; thumbturn inside; latchbolt only. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Outside lever is made inoperative by rotating the inside thumbturn. To unlock from outside, remove access hole cover, insert emergency thumbturn (furnished) and rotate. Rotating the inside thumbturn unlocks the outside lever; turning the inside lever retracts the latchbolt and unlocks the outside lever. Closing the door also unlocks, preventing lock-out. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
Privacy with Coin Turn Outside (PM044)
Coin turn outside; thumbturn inside; latchbolt only. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Outside lever is made inoperative by rotating the outside coin turn or inside thumbturn. Rotating the outside coin turn unlocks the outside lever. Rotating the inside thumbturn unlocks the outside lever; turning the inside lever retracts the latchbolt and unlocks the outside lever. Closing the door also unlocks, preventing lock-out. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.

Half Dummy Trim with Lock Case (PM175)
Lever on one side; blank armor front without latchbolt. Lever always fixed. Includes blank armor front and lock case. Door handing must be specified. May be ordered with optional XL11-743 armor front with cutout to receive deadbolt.
Full Dummy Trim with Lock Case (PM176)
Levers on both sides; blank armor front without latchbolt. Both levers always fixed. Includes blank armor front and lock case. May be ordered with optional XL11-743 armor front with cutout to receive deadbolt. For double-door applications where dummy is used as the strike, order 10-091 armored front strike separately.

Exit Lock with Cylinder (PM026)
Key cylinder only, no lever outside; lever only-inside. Latchbolt and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Latchbolt retracted by inside lever. Key outside retracts latchbolt. Inside lever always free for immediate egress. Specify door handing when ordering.
Entrance/Office Lock (PM050)
Key cylinder outside; thumbturn inside; latchbolt and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Outside lever is made inoperative by key outside or by turning inside thumbturn. Key outside unlocks outside lever and retracts latchbolt. Rotating inside thumbturn unlocks outside lever; turning inside lever retracts latchbolt but does not unlock. Inside lever always free for immediate egress. Caution: Egress without fully rotating the thumbturn to vertical position can result in lock-out situations.

Classroom Security Lock, Interior/Exterior Lockdown (PM071)
Key cylinder both sides; latchbolt and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Outside lever is made inoperative by key from either side. Rotating inside lever retracts latchbolt; key on either side unlocks outside lever and retracts latchbolt. Inside lever always free for immediate egress. Single Cylinder Deadbolt Functions
Entrance/Office Lock with Deadbolt (PM453)
Key cylinder outside; thumbturn inside; deadbolt, latchbolt, and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Outside lever is made inoperative when the deadbolt is thrown by key outside; rotating thumbturn 20° locks the outside lever only; rotating thumbturn 90° also throws the deadbolt. Key outside retracts deadbolt and latchbolt, however, the outside lever remains locked. Rotating inside lever retracts deadbolt and latchbolt; the outside lever is unlocked when the thumbturn is returned to the vertical position. Inside lever always free for immediate egress. Caution: Egress without fully rotating the thumbturn to vertical position can result in lock-out situations.
Corridor Lock with Deadbolt (PM456)
Key cylinder outside; thumbturn inside; deadbolt and latchbolt. Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side. Faculty Restroom/Hotel Lock with Deadbolt (PM485)
Key cylinder outside; thumbturn inside; deadbolt, latchbolt, and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Outside lever always fixed; latchbolt retracted by inside lever. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by rotating inside thumbturn. Key outside retracts latchbolt but does not retract deadbolt unless using an emergency key (sold separately). Cylinder x Thumbturn Mortise Deadbolt (PM460)
Key cylinder only, no lever outside; thumbturn only, no lever inside; deadbolt only. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key outside or by inside thumbturn.
Double Cylinder Mortise Deadbolt (PM462)
Key cylinder both sides, no levers; deadbolt only. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key from either side. Caution: Double cylinder locks on any door, in any structure which is used for egress are a life safety hazard in times of emergency and their use is not recommended. Installation should be in accordance with existing codes only.
Cylinder x Cylinder Thumbturn Mortise Deadbolt (PM463)
Key cylinder only, no lever outside; cylinder thumbturn only, no lever inside; deadbolt only. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key outside. Rotating inside thumbturn retracts deadbolt but cannot project it.
Cylinder Only Mortise Deadbolt (PM464)
Key cylinder only, no lever outside; no interior trim; deadbolt only. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key.
