1 START HERE
How do I attach the stand to my TV? (not for wall mounting)
You'll need: A soft surface and a Phillips screwdriver.
Carefully place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface. Secure each TV stand leg to the back of your TV with two of the provided screws.
Included Screws by Model:
- 32": M4 type (25 mm) screws
- 43": M5 type (27 mm) screws
- 49": M5 type (10 mm) screws
How do I prepare my TV for wall mounting? (not for use with a TV stand)
You'll need: A soft surface and a Phillips screwdriver.
Before you mount your TV, ensure that you have removed the stand legs and that the wall mount bracket supports the weight of your TV.
Carefully place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface. Refer to the instructions that came with your wall mount for detailed mounting information.
VESA Mounting Pattern:
- 32" TV: 100 x 100 mm pattern, use M4 x 35 mm screws (4 pcs)
- 43" TV: 200 x 300 mm pattern, use M6 x 25 mm screws (4 pcs)
- 49" TV: 200 x 300 mm pattern, use M6 x 17 mm screws (4 pcs)
Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. The wall-mount bracket must be securely attached using all four holes. Failure to do so may result in property damage or personal injury.
2 MAKING CONNECTIONS
How do I watch TV (cable, satellite, or antenna) or connect a device such as a DVD or Blu-ray disc player or game console? How do I connect to the internet?
Video Connections:
- HDMI (BEST): For the best video quality. Connect to HDMI 1 (ARC) for ARC-enabled home theater receivers.
- COAXIAL (GOOD): Connect an HD Antenna to access live over-the-air TV.
- AV IN (GOOD): For composite video and analog audio input.
Internet Connection:
- ETHERNET (OPTIONAL): Connect a LAN cable for internet access.
- Wi-Fi: Connect wirelessly to your network (details on back).
Note: Internet access may require subscriptions or payments for certain content.
3 CONNECTING AUDIO DEVICES
How do I connect my TV to external speakers?
Using digital audio:
Connect to the OPTICAL AUDIO IN port on your soundbar or receiver.
Using analog audio:
Connect to the AUDIO IN ports on your soundbar or receiver.
Note: Refer to your speakers or soundbar's instructions for more information.
4 TURNING ON MY TV
When can I turn on my TV?
When your TV is in place:
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet. (For 32" and 49" models, plug into the AC IN jack on the back of the TV first.)
- Remove the remote control cover and install two AAA batteries.
- Press the Power button [▶️] on your Voice Remote with Alexa.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
5 COMPLETE THE ON-SCREEN SETUP
Using your remote, follow the on-screen setup prompts.
- Remote Pairing: Your TV should automatically pair with the Voice Remote with Alexa. If not, press and hold the "Home" button to pair. Re-inserting or replacing batteries may help if issues persist.
- Wi-Fi Network: Select your Wi-Fi network from the displayed list. If password-protected, enter your password. If hidden, select "Join Other Network".
- Select Experience: Choose between "Full" (Recommended) or "Basic".
- Full: Access live TV, over 500,000 streaming movies/episodes, thousands of apps, and Alexa skills. Sign in or sign up for an Amazon account.
- Basic: Limited to live TV and six streaming apps. Alexa and the full Appstore are not included.

Watching live over-the-air TV
If you connected your TV to an antenna or cable wall jack:
- After setup, run a channel scan: Go to Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan.
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete the scan.
- Browse and watch live TV using the "On Now" row or by pressing the Guide button [?] on your remote.

Using Your Voice Remote with Alexa
- Power [▶️]: Turns TV power on or off. When the TV is off, the LED indicator on the front is blue.
- Voice [?]: Hold to activate Alexa for voice commands (search content, control playback, etc.). Release to end input. Requires an Amazon account.
- Home [?]: Takes you to the Home Screen. Long press activates Quick Settings.
- Menu [☰]: Activates contextual commands on the screen.
- Navigation (Up/Down/Left/Right) [⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️]: Used for on-screen navigation.
- Select [✔️]: Confirms selection or action.
- Back [↩️]: Returns to the previous screen.
- Rewind [⏪]: Rewind (long press) and skip back (short press). Behavior varies by app.
- Play/Pause [▶️/⏸️]: Resume or pause playback.
- Forward [⏩]: Fast forward (long press) and skip ahead (short press). Behavior varies by app.
- Volume Keys [?+ / ?-]: Increase or decrease volume.
- Mute [?]: Toggles mute/unmute states for TV volume.
- Guide [?]: Brings up the live TV Channel Guide.
- Prime Video [?]: Launches Prime Video from any screen, even when the TV is off.
- Netflix [?]: Launches Netflix app from any screen, even when the TV is off.
- App Button 1 / App Button 2: Launches designated apps from any screen, even when the TV is off.
