1. Start Here: Attaching the Stands
Instructions for stand attachment (not for wall mounting):
You will need: A soft surface and a Phillips screwdriver.
Carefully place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface.
Secure each TV stand to the bottom of your TV with two of the provided screws. The stands are labeled [Right Stand] (R) and [Left Stand] (L).
Wall Mount Preparation
Instructions for preparing your TV for wall mounting (not for use with a TV stand):
You will need: A soft surface and a Phillips screwdriver.
Before you mount your TV, ensure that:
- You remove the stands.
- The wall mount bracket supports the weight of your TV.
Carefully place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface.
Refer to the instructions that came with your wall mount for more information about how to correctly mount your TV.
VESA Mounting Pattern
- 32" TV: 100 x 100 mm, requires M4 x 12 mm type screws (4 pcs)
- 43" TV: 400 x 200 mm, requires M6 x 35 mm type screws (4 pcs)
Note: Wall-mount screws are not included.
Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. If you attach a wall-mount bracket, it must be securely attached using all four holes. Failure to use all four mounting holes may cause the TV to fall, resulting in property damage or personal injury. Consult your wall mount's documentation for complete mounting instructions.
Features
Front View
Remote sensor: Located on the front of the TV.
Power On/Standby LED: Located on the front of the TV. The LED indicator lights red when the TV is off.
Back View
Power/Input button: Press to turn your TV on or off manually. When your TV is on, a short press changes inputs; a long press turns off your TV.
2. Making Connections
Connecting to TV Sources and Devices
[HDMI] (BEST): For the best video quality. Connect devices such as DVD or Blu-ray disc players, game consoles, or cable/satellite boxes.
Note: Connect an ARC-enabled home theater receiver to the HDMI IN 1 (ARC) jack.
Audio Options
- Using Analog Audio: Connect to AUDIO IN on a soundbar or receiver.
- Using Digital Audio (Optical): Connect to OPTICAL AUDIO IN on a soundbar or receiver.
- Coaxial (GOOD): For audio output.
Other Connections
- AV (GOOD): For connecting older audio/video devices.
- ANT/CABLE IN: Connect an HD antenna to access live, over-the-air TV.
- LAN (Ethernet - Optional): For wired internet connection.
Note: You must connect either LAN or Wi-Fi to access the internet. See back for additional info.
3. Turning On Your TV
When Your TV is in Place:
- Plug the power cord into the AC IN jack on the back of your TV, then plug the other end into a power outlet.
- Remove the remote control cover and install the two AAA batteries.
- Press the [Power Button] on your Voice Remote with Alexa.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Complete the On-Screen Setup
Using your remote, follow the on-screen setup prompts.
Your TV should automatically pair with your Voice Remote with Alexa.
- If there are issues, you may be prompted to pair your remote by pressing the [Home Button]. If problems persist, try re-inserting or replacing the batteries.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the displayed options.
- Note: If your Wi-Fi network is password-protected, have your password ready. If your network is hidden, select "Join Other Network" and enter the password using the on-screen keyboard.
- Select your experience: Full (Recommended) or Basic.
- Full: Provides access to live TV, over 500,000 movies and TV episodes, thousands of apps, and Alexa skills. Sign in or sign up for a free Amazon account to get started.
- Basic: Limited to live TV and six streaming apps. Alexa and the full Appstore are not included.
5. Optional Setup: Watching Live Over-the-Air TV
If you connected your TV to an antenna or cable wall jack, complete these steps:
- When setup is complete, run a channel scan by navigating to Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish scanning for channels.
- To browse and watch live over-the-air TV, use the "On Now" row or press the [Guide Button] on your remote.
Using Your Voice Remote with Alexa
Remote Buttons and Functions:
- Voice Button: Hold down to activate the Alexa-enabled microphone for voice input. Release to end input. Use voice to search for content, control playback, and more. (Requires an Amazon account).
- Navigation: Navigate on-screen (up, down, left, and right).
- [Home Button]: Takes you to the Home Screen. A long press activates the Quick Settings Overlay.
- [Back Button]: Returns you to the previous screen.
- ⏪ Rewind: Rewind (long press) and skip back (short press). Behavior varies by app.
- ⏩ Forward: Fast forward (long press) and skip ahead (short press). Behavior varies by app.
- ? Volume Up / ? Volume Down: Adjusts the TV volume.
- ? Mute: Mutes the sound.
- [Prime Video Button]: Launches Prime Video from any screen or when your TV is off.
- [Netflix Button]: Launches Netflix from any screen or when your TV is off.
- [Partner Button 1]: Launches a designated app.
- [Partner Button 2]: Launches a designated app.
- ✅ Select: Confirms a selection or action.
- ☰ Menu: Activates contextual commands on the screen.
- ▶️ Play / Pause: Resumes or pauses playback.
- [Channel Up Button] / [Channel Down Button]: Cycles through live TV channels.
- ⚙️ Settings (gear icon): Activates quick settings overlay.
- ? Recents: Opens a row of recently watched content.
- [Guide Button]: Opens the live TV Channel Guide.
