Countertop Water Filter Replacement Instructions
For use with models: AQ-CWM2-B and AQ-CWM2-B-Q
Filter Replacement Steps
- Prepare: Unbox replacement filters and remove all plastic packaging. Remove the filter housing lid. Twist the filter chamber cap to the left and remove the old filter from the cap. Discard the old filter responsibly.
- Install New Filter: Press the new filter firmly into the filter chamber cap, ensuring a snug fit.
- Reassemble: Fill the water tank with fresh water. Place the water tank onto the dispenser dock, ensuring it is properly seated. Twist the filter chamber cap to the right to close and secure it.
- Initiate Flush (Step 1): Press the dock button 3 times quickly. The indicator light will illuminate solid red for 5 seconds.
- Initiate Flush (Step 2): While the red light is illuminated, press and hold the dock button for 1 second. The light will begin to blink red. The system will flush for approximately 60 seconds. During the flush, the light will continue to blink red.
- Flush Complete: As the flush completes, the light will change to blink blue. The light will then illuminate solid blue for 5 seconds to confirm the flush is complete. Your system is now ready to use.
Important Note: Do not drink the water used during the flushing process. Discard this water.
