Powerbank Recharging

• Before using the product for the first time, ensure it is fully charged to maximize its battery health and initial performance. A full charge ensures the device is ready for optimal use.
• Use a charger with a minimum output of 20W or higher to ensure fast and efficient charging. Lower-rated chargers might result in slower charging times or inadequate power delivery.
• Do not charge the product using both Option 1 and Option 2 at the same time. Using both methods simultaneously may cause charging conflicts, reduce efficiency, or potentially harm the product's internal components. Stick to one charging method at a time.

Charging Your Devices

• If the connected device does not start charging, press the power button once to activate the power bank and initiate charging.
• For low-current devices (e.g., Bluetooth earbuds, smartwatches), it is recommended to enable Trickle Charging Mode to ensure consistent charging:
• Enable Trickle Charging Mode: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
• Disable Trickle Charging Mode: Either press and hold the power button again for about 3 seconds or wait for the mode to automatically deactivate after 3.5 hours.

Notes

• Avoid using a multi-in-one data cable to charge multiple devices simultaneously, as this may reduce charging efficiency or cause issues with the power bank.
• To achieve the best charging performance and maintain device safety, it is recommended to use an official UGREEN charging cable or charger.
• If the product will not be used for an extended period, store it in a dry environment to prevent damage. To prolong battery life, fully charge and then discharge the power bank at least once every three months.

Warning

• Carefully read the operating instructions provided with the portable power bank, including guidelines on proper charging methods and the acceptable range of operating temperatures.
• Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, heat sources, water, or any other liquids to prevent potential hazards.
• Exposure to very low air pressure may lead to battery explosion or the leakage of flammable gas or liquid.
• Always use certified and compatible power adapters and charging cables to reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or other malfunctions.
• Ensure the power bank is charged in a well-ventilated space. Avoid placing it under blankets, pillows, or on flammable surfaces to minimize overheating risks.
• Prevent short-circuits by storing the device safely and keeping it away from conductive materials like metallic objects.
• Dispose of the product following local environmental regulations. Do not discard it as household waste to avoid ecological harm or explosion risks.
• Never operate the power bank during thunderstorms to reduce the chance of electric shock.
• Do not disassemble, puncture, shred, or apply mechanical shocks to the device, such as crushing or bending it. This may result in serious damage or hazards.
• If the battery appears swollen, stop using the device immediately and contact the dealer or an authorized service provider.
• Avoid using the power bank if it has been exposed to water or sustained damage to its exterior, as this could lead to injury or malfunction. Seek professional assistance in such cases.
• As the device contains hazardous materials, ensure children use it only under supervision.
• Recycle or dispose of old batteries responsibly, following local guidelines and laws.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly; you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person, or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
