Important Safety and Installation Notes
IMPORTANT! Always shut off power to the circuit before starting installation work. In some countries, electrical installation work may only be carried out by an authorized electrical contractor. Contact your local electricity authority for advice. Different materials require different types of fittings. Always choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the material.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Mount the Bracket
Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using screws and plugs appropriate for your ceiling material. Ensure the bracket is firmly fixed.
Step 2: Prepare Electrical Wires
Prepare the electrical supply wires. Measure and strip the ends of the wires to the required length, approximately 20 mm (13/16 inches).
Step 3: Connect Wires to Terminal Block
Insert the prepared wires into the terminal block. Ensure the conductors are fully seated in their respective terminals.
Step 4: Secure Cable
Use the cable grip to secure the power cable, preventing any strain on the wire connections.
Step 5: Attach Main Body
Slide the main body of the spotlight onto the mounted bracket. It should fit securely.
Step 6: Route Power Cable
Guide the power cable through the cable grip on the spotlight body.
Step 7: Connect to Terminals (L/N)
Connect the wires to the correct terminals in the connection box: Live wire (L) to the 'L' terminal and Neutral wire (N) to the 'N' terminal. Ensure correct polarity.
Step 8: Secure Connection Box
Ensure the connection box is properly seated and secured.
Step 9: Close Connection Box
Close the cover of the connection box. A 'click' sound indicates it is properly latched.
Step 10: Attach Spotlight Arms
Attach the spotlight arms to the main body of the fixture using two screws (2x).
Step 11: Final Mounting
Complete the final mounting of the spotlight assembly. Double-check all connections and ensure the fixture is stable.
Bulb Replacement
IMPORTANT: When changing the bulb, use only GU10 LED bulbs. Do not use GU10 Halogen bulbs.
Adjusting the Spotlight
The spotlight heads can be adjusted to direct light as desired. Gently move the heads to change their angle and direction.
