Bastian Werminghoff Appointed New Country Leader of Philips Schweiz AG

Horgen, Switzerland – Effective September 1, 2025, Bastian Werminghoff will assume the role of Country Leader Switzerland and be appointed CEO of Philips Schweiz AG. He succeeds Rico Brecht, who has left the company. Werminghoff, originally German, already resides in Switzerland. He is also a member of the Management Team of the Philips DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Bastian Werminghoff's Background
Bastian Werminghoff brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. From 2015 to 2020, he led the Ultrasound division for the DACH region at Philips as Business Leader. Subsequently, he moved to the healthcare service provider Med 360° SE as Chief Technology Officer. In early 2024, his professional path led him to Quartz Healthcare, where he was responsible for strategy and business development, M&A activities, and promoting the profitability of the healthcare company as Chief Commercial Officer and CEO.
