Bastian Werminghoff Appointed New General Manager of Philips Switzerland

Horgen, Switzerland – Effective September 1, 2025, Bastian Werminghoff will assume the role of Country Leader Switzerland and will be appointed General Manager of Philips Switzerland SA. Werminghoff, who was born in Germany, already resides in Switzerland and succeeds Rico Brecht, who has left the company. Bastian Werminghoff is also a member of the Philips leadership team for the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Bastian Werminghoff brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. From 2015 to 2020, he led the Ultrasound department for the DACH region at Philips as Business Leader. He then joined the healthcare service provider Med 360° SE as Chief Technology Officer before moving to Quartz Healthcare in early 2024. There, as Commercial Director and General Manager, he was responsible for strategy and business development, mergers and acquisitions, and driving the profitability of the healthcare company.
