Terms and Conditions
Overview
The Singtel Car Protect Campaign is a marketing initiative organized by Consumer Journeys Pte. Ltd. (CJPL), a subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel). This campaign is exclusively for new Singtel Car Protect car insurance customers who successfully purchase insurance through the campaign. Eligible customers will receive Petrol Vouchers based on the premium spent for their car insurance, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Great Eastern General Insurance Limited (GEG) is the insurer providing the car insurance. CJPL acts as the corporate agent for GEG. CJPL may receive remuneration from GEG for successful sales. By purchasing car insurance, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (T&Cs).
Participation Eligibility
- Eligibility is for new customers who successfully purchase their full-year car insurance either through Singtel's website or via manual underwriting with GEG.
- Existing customers who previously purchased car insurance and choose not to renew, but instead purchase a new policy through Singtel's website during the campaign validity period, are not eligible.
- The insured vehicle must not be older than 8 years.
- To receive vouchers, customers must not have cancelled their car insurance during the Validity Period.
Validity and Provision Details for Campaign
- Campaign Validity Period: 19 Mar 2025 00:00 (GMT+8) to 31 Jul 2025 23:59 (GMT+8).
- Eligible customers will receive digital vouchers via email by the end of the month following their purchase, or as soon as possible thereafter.
- Details regarding the validity of the vouchers can be found on the vouchers themselves.
General
- CJPL and GEG reserve the right to vary these T&Cs, discontinue, or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and have no cash alternative. CJPL disclaims all warranties related to the vouchers. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the vouchers, and customers must comply with them. Any tax liability incurred by the vouchers is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- CJPL may replace vouchers with alternatives if circumstances beyond its control necessitate it.
- Neither CJPL, Singtel, nor GEG shall be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or costs incurred by customers, regardless of the cause, including negligence by CJPL, Singtel, GEG, or their employees/agents, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
- CJPL and GEG reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud and suspend customer participation.
- CJPL and GEG reserve the right to disqualify customers who do not comply with these T&Cs.
- Customers agree to be contacted by Singtel for feedback on the campaign and/or car insurance.
- Decisions made by CJPL and/or GEG regarding the campaign are final and binding. No queries regarding campaign decisions will be entertained, nor will reasons for decisions be provided.
- Customers agree that personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, and used by Singtel and its affiliates for campaign administration, subject to Singtel's Data Protection Policy (https://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and Singtel General Terms & Conditions (https://singtel.com/terms-general). Customers consent to CJPL using their personal details, photographs, or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
- These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law. Customers agree to submit any claims or disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
