Safety Information

WARNING:

Preparation

Before assembly, verify all parts are present by comparing them with the package and hardware lists. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt assembly. Contact customer service for replacements. Assemble on a clean, soft surface like cardboard to protect the finish.

Assembly Instructions

1. Ensure all drawers are locked using the lock (DD) and key (EE).
2. Lay the base cabinet (A) on its back on a soft surface (e.g., cardboard packaging).
3. Mount two fixed casters (B) to the base cabinet (A) using M8 x 25 mm bolts (AA), M8 mm spring washers (BB), and M8 mm flat washers (CC).
4. Repeat step 3 for the two swivel casters with brake (C) on the opposite side of the base cabinet (A). Ensure swivel casters with brake (C) are installed on the front of the cabinet.
5. Return the base cabinet (A) to its upright position. Do not overtighten screws.

Operating Instructions

1. Caster Brakes: Step down on the levers marked 'ON' to lock swivel casters. Push down on levers marked 'OFF' to unlock. Ensure both casters are locked to prevent rolling or swiveling.
2. Removing Drawers: Empty and fully extend the drawer. Push up the release lever on the left drawer slide and pull down on the other release lever. Pull the drawer outward to release it from the slides.
3. Re-inserting Drawers: Extend the drawer slides. Align the drawer slide with the cabinet slide, inserting one side slightly, then the other. Slowly push the drawer closed until it engages the slide. Open and close the drawer to verify proper operation. Do not force the drawer if slides are not aligned.

Care and Maintenance

• Maintain the cabinet with a regular maintenance program.
• Use drawer liners to protect the interior finish and ease cleaning.
• Grease casters annually with high-quality bearing grease.
• Lubricate drawer slides semi-annually with general-purpose grease.
• Periodically clean drawer fronts, trim, and surfaces with mild detergent and water.
• Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.
