Safety Information

WARNING:

• Do not stand or step on this product.
• When locking, close drawers completely for lock bars to function properly.
• Lock wheels when the product is not being moved.
• Secure product properly before moving with a forklift.
• Do not attach or mount this product to a vehicle.

CAUTION:

• Do not exceed maximum drawer weight and total product weight. Balance cabinet load to avoid tipping. Place heavier weights on bottom drawers.
• Be careful when opening more than one drawer; the product may become unstable and tip.
• Keep the product on level surfaces.
• Secure all items and lock all drawers before rolling. Roll only short distances using the handle.
• Two people are needed to safely move this unit.
• Do not store liquids unless secured in an approved container.
• Keep children and bystanders away while loading, unloading, and moving.
• Use common sense and caution. Do not modify the product.

Preparation

Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present by comparing them with the package and hardware lists. Do not attempt assembly if any part is missing or damaged.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Cabinet Handle

Attach the cabinet handle (C) to the cabinet (A) using M6 x 20 mm bolts (AA). The handle can be attached to either side, but must match the end where the swivel casters with brake (D) will be installed. The holes in the cabinet (A) are tapped and do not require nuts.

Hardware Used: AA M6 x 20 mm Bolt (x 4)

Step 2: Attach Casters

Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked using the lock (FF) and key (GG). Lay the cabinet (A) on its back using protective packaging materials. Mount the two swivel casters with brake (D) to the cabinet (A) using M8 x 25 mm bolts (BB), spring washer (CC), and washer (DD). Repeat for the fixed casters (E) on the opposite side. Return the cabinet (A) to its upright position.

Note: Two people may be required. Swivel casters with brake (D) must be installed on the end with the cabinet handle (C). Do not overtighten screws.

Hardware Used: BB M8 x 25 mm Bolt (x 16), CC Spring Washer (x 16), DD Washer (x 16)

Step 3: Stack Chests (Optional)

If stacking another chest (sold separately) onto the cabinet (A), follow this step. Otherwise, skip it. Remove the cabinet mat (B). Unload bottom drawers from the chest and the top drawer from the cabinet (A) as per Operating Instructions (Page 8). Insert M8 x 25 mm bolts (BB) from the bottom of the chest into the top of the cabinet (A) and tighten with M8 nuts (EE). Reinstall the unloaded drawers using the method in Operating Instructions (Page 8).

Operating Instructions

1. Using the Caster Brakes

To lock swivel casters, step down on levers marked ON. To unlock, push down on levers marked OFF. Ensure both casters are locked to prevent rolling or swiveling.

2. Removing Drawers

Empty and fully extend the drawer. Push up the release lever on one side of the drawer slide while pulling down the other release lever. Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the slides.

3. Re-inserting Drawers

Pull the slides and slide carrier out until fully extended. Hold the slide on the drawer while aligning it with the slide on the cabinet. Insert one side slightly, then repeat for the other side. Slowly push the drawer until fully closed to engage the slide. Open and close the drawer to verify proper operation.

Care and Maintenance

• Maintain the product in good condition with a regular maintenance program.
• Use drawer liners (included) to protect interior finish and ease cleaning.
• Grease casters annually with high-quality bearing grease.
• Lubricate slides semi-annually with general purpose grease.
• Periodically clean drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces with mild detergent and water.
• Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.

3-Year Hassle-Free Warranty

This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damage from abuse, normal wear, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repair/alteration, or expendable parts expected to become unusable after reasonable use.
