Promotion Details

Im Rahmen der Q2 Samsung Festival 2025 Promotion erhalten Teilnehmende bei Neukauf eines ausgewählten Hauptproduktes im Samsung Online Shop entweder eine kostenlose Beigabe (gemäß Punkt 2. (a)) oder einen Sofortabzug im Warenkorb (gemäß Punkt 2. (b)).

Diese Promotion gilt ausschließlich für die folgenden lagernden Modelle:

a) Produkte mit Beigabe(n)

b) Produkte mit Direktabzug im Warenkorb

General Conditions

All products must be placed in the shopping cart and be present in the cart at the time of purchase. Late claims are excluded. The deduction must be visible in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.

In case of cancellation or return of an eligible Samsung main product, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. There is no entitlement to the free gift(s) or the instant discount in the shopping cart. These must be returned at the participant's expense along with the purchased product.

The promotion is valid from 16.06.2025 09:00 AM to 14.07.2025 08:59 AM (Promotion Period). The purchase date according to the receipt, which must be within the Promotion Period, applies.

A product is considered purchased within the Promotion Period if the actual purchase or purchase date occurs between 16.06.2025 09:00 AM and 14.07.2025 08:59 AM. This period does not include earlier orders or deliveries with later dated invoices or later payments, but includes invoices from the Promotion Period that are paid later or products delivered later. Gift products, private sales, and used products are expressly excluded.

Eligible participants are consumers as defined by consumer protection laws, with a delivery address in Austria, who have reached the age of 18 by the reference date of 16.06.2025.

Samsung reserves the right to declare incomplete, false, or non-compliant entries invalid.

Samsung reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or prematurely terminate the promotion at any time, taking into account the interests of the participants.

Samsung reserves the right to invalidate entries by submitting incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documents and to take legal action against the offenders if necessary.

Retroactively altered receipts or courtesy receipts are not permitted. Samsung strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the utmost care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the websites listed here and/or these terms and conditions. Liability for any kind of damages, including consequential damages, arising from participation in this promotion, the use of the information, materials, potential software errors, viruses, interruptions of the promotion due to technical disruptions, and any resulting data loss, is excluded.

Personal data provided during participation in this promotion will be processed exclusively for the proper execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy (available at http://www.samsung.com/at/info/privacy/). Personal data will be stored by Samsung only to the extent and for as long as necessary for the execution and processing of the promotion. The data will be deleted thereafter, provided that no statutory retention obligations exist.

This promotion is subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
