The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or with an altered/removed serial number, invalidates all claims. Any property damage during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

IMPORTANT! Before assembly and each use, inspect for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.
IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required. Keep children away during unpacking and assembly.
Safety Instructions & Precautions
- Follow all instructions to ensure child safety. Keep instructions for future reference.
- Failure to follow instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid injury from falling or sliding out; always use the safety harness and ensure children are properly positioned.
- Never leave children unattended.
- Exercise care when folding and unfolding the wagon to prevent finger entrapment.
- CAUTION: NEVER run or jog with this wagon. It is designed for up to 2 children only. Use with more than 2 children may cause an unbalanced condition. Children must be at least 6 months old and able to sit upright unassisted.
- Purses, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags, or accessory items can change the wagon's balance, creating a hazardous, unstable condition.
- Ensure the wagon is completely opened and locked before allowing a child near it.
- Maximum weight capacity: Child tray: 5 lbs (2.26 kg). Soft parent organizer: 2 lbs (0.90 kg). Basket: 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Wagon capacity per child/seat: 50 lbs (22.67 kg). Total wagon capacity with accessories: 110 lbs (49.89 kg). Exceeding limits may cause excessive wear, stress, or hazardous conditions.
- NEVER use the wagon on stairways or escalators.
- NEVER use the wagon with roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, or bicycles.
- NEVER allow your wagon to be used as a toy.
- To clean, use mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
- Regularly check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed. Discontinue use if the wagon malfunctions or becomes damaged.
Parts List
Check that you have all the parts before assembling the wagon.
- Wagon Frame: The main structure of the wagon.
- Canopy with Mosquito Net: Provides shade and protection from insects.
- Soft Parent Organizer: A flexible organizer for parents' items.
- Child Tray: A tray for children's items.
- (2) Front Wheels: The two wheels at the front of the wagon.
- (2) Back Wheels: The two wheels at the rear of the wagon.
- (2) Child Seats with 5-point Safety Harness: Seats for children with secure harnesses.
- (2) Child Seat Frames: Frames for attaching the child seats.
- Basket: A storage basket for the wagon.
Assembly Instructions
Front Wheels
Step 1: Insert the front wheel axle pin into the wheel hub until the wheel locks firmly into place. Repeat on the other side. [Diagram: Shows inserting axle pin into wheel hub]. Ensure the wheel assembly is securely attached.
Lock Front Wheels
Step 2: The front wheels have swivel locks. To lock, locate the gray lock button on the front wheel and slide it down. Slide the button back to unlock. Note: Wheels lock only in the forward position and bench mode. [Diagram: Shows front wheel with lock button and arrows indicating slide action].
Rear Wheels
Step 3: Attach rear wheels by placing the wheel over the hole on the side of the rear axle. Push the wheel into the axle until it clicks. Ensure both sides lock into place. [Diagram: Shows rear wheel being attached to axle with a click sound indicated]. NOTE: NEVER use the wagon if wheels do not lock into place. Contact customer service if assistance is needed.
Frame Setup
Step 4: Release the fold latch. Unfold the wagon by pushing the middle of the frame down until there is a click. [Diagram: Shows releasing fold latch and then pushing frame down to unfold].
Soft Parent Organizer
Step 5: Strap in the Soft Parent Organizer. Use the hook and loop fasteners to hang it onto the wagon handle. Follow illustrations 1-3. Ensure it is fastened tightly. Note: Position the tray so the warning label is visible and readable to the parent. [Diagram: Shows attaching organizer with hook and loop fasteners].
Child Tray
Step 6: To install the child tray, align it with the middle of the wagon frame. Push down until it clicks into place. Check that it is secure. Note: Position the tray so the warning and logo are visible and readable. To remove, pull the side tabs away from the frame and lift up. [Diagram: Shows child tray installation and removal].
Child Seats
Step 7: To assemble child seats: Guide the frame with the plastic tab facing down into the arm slots in the back of the seat. Insert the frame fully and repeat for the other side. Snap the buttons closed to secure the frame. [Diagram: Shows child seat frame being inserted and secured]. Note: Use both seats at the same time. Uncover fabric covering rails by undoing hooks and loops. Ensure the plastic tab on the back of the seat is securely hooked onto the wagon rail. Align plastic tabs with wagon frame rails and push them firmly to attach. Tabs should be parallel to the wagon side. Fasten hooks and straps to the inside of the wagon frame. To uninstall, pull plastic tabs outward and lift.
Canopy
Step 8: To install the canopy: Slide one canopy rod down onto the plastic tab. Repeat for the other three rods. Ensure the canopy is completely snapped into position. To open the mosquito net, unhook the fastener from the elastic loop. To store the mosquito net, roll it up and use the fastener and elastic loop. To remove the canopy, pull the canopy rod up from the plastic tab. [Diagram: Shows canopy rod installation and mosquito net operation].
Handle Positions
Step 9: The handles have 6 positions. Press both adjustment buttons on the sides of the handles. Move the handle up from the storage position to the desired position. [Diagram: Shows handle adjustment buttons and movement between positions]. IMPORTANT! When going uphill or over curbs, DO NOT push; lift and pull the wagon.
Bench Mode
Step 10: NOTE: Lock front and back wheels and remove child seats and tray before using bench mode.
To engage bench mode: Locate the release button (Fig. 10b). Follow steps 1 and 2 (Fig. 10a), slide the button up, and press both sides simultaneously to disengage the side. Push the side down until it clicks into place (Fig. 10c). [Diagram: Shows bench mode engagement].
To close bench mode: Slide the release button up and press simultaneously. Lift the side bar up until it clicks. IMPORTANT! Push down on the side rail to ensure it is securely locked after closing.
Ensure the zipper loop is hooked onto the side rail when using bench mode. To locate the loop, unhook the wagon fabric from the tab on the rail. Pull the zipper loop over the tab to hook or unhook. [Diagram: Shows zipper loop attachment].
Secure the fabric while in bench mode: Locate hook-and-loops under the wagon's skirt. Unhook the hook-and-loop (1). Fasten the inner strap to the wagon bar (2). Thread the hook-and-loop into the fabric loop on the inside of the wagon fabric (3). Return to the original bar under the skirt, pull hook-and-loops tightly around the wagon bar (4) and fasten, checking that the gap between the dropped bar and mat is closed (5). Accessories
Basket
WARNING: Storage basket only. Maximum weight capacity is 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Exceeding this limit can result in an unstable condition.
Step 11: To install: Attach the basket from the outside frame. Ensure latches are straight and facing the frame. Insert by pushing in and sliding down until it locks. IMPORTANT: DO NOT put a child in the basket. [Diagram: Shows basket installation].
Step 12: To detach: Flip the basket over the wagon frame, locate the release latch. Pull latch levers forward and lift up until the basket detaches completely. [Diagram: Shows basket detachment].
3-Point Safety Harness
WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness. STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose straps. Never leave child in seat when straps are loose or undone.
Step 13: The child tray is not designed to hold the child. Stay near and watch the child during use. NEVER leave child unattended. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert harness buckles into the center clasp. Adjust for a snug fit. [Diagram: Shows harness buckle insertion and adjustment].

5-Point Safety Harness
Step 14: Shoulder straps have multiple positions. Select the position that places the strap level with, or below, the top of the child's shoulder. [Diagram: Shows shoulder strap height adjustment].
To secure the child: Place the safety harness around the child's waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the crotch strap buckle. Tighten all buckles for a proper fit. [Diagram: Shows child being secured with 5-point harness].
To adjust harness to the next height level, pull the strap through the slot in the back of the child seat.
RELEASE! Push button on center clasp to release harness buckles. [Diagram: Shows release button on clasp].
Brakes
WARNING: Always set brakes when the wagon is not being pushed to prevent rolling. NEVER leave unattended on a hill or incline.
Step 15: To engage brakes, apply light downward pressure to the brake levers on each rear wheel. The wagon may require slight forward or rearward movement to align brake teeth with the wheel brake cluster. [Diagram: Shows brake lever engagement]. NOTE: Check that the wagon will not move and both brakes are properly applied.
To release, gently lift up on the brake levers.
Wheel Removal
Rear Wheel Removal
Step 16: To release the rear wheel assembly, push in the rear wheel release. The wheel detaches easily from the bushing. [Diagram: Shows rear wheel release mechanism].
Front Wheels Removal
Step 17: Push the metal pin on the back of the wheel and pull the wheel out to remove. [Diagram: Shows front wheel removal].
Folding & Unfolding
To Fold Wagon
WARNING: Exercise care when folding to prevent finger entrapment. CAUTION: Do not allow children near the wagon while folding.
Step 18: NOTE: Remove all accessories (tray, seats, canopy) before folding.
- DO NOT place hands on the long side rails; the wagon will not fold.
- Locate the pull tab inside the wagon. Pull up until the lock disengages. [Diagram: Shows locating and pulling pull tab].
- Push the sides of the wagon together and engage the fold latch. [Diagram: Shows pushing sides together and engaging latch].
To Unfold Wagon
Step 19: Release the fold latch. Unfold the wagon by pushing the middle of the frame down until there is a click. [Diagram: Shows releasing latch and pushing frame down to unfold].
Maintenance
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning Seat Pad: Spot clean only. Surface wash small spots with mild soap and water solution. Rinse with water and wipe or air dry.
- Cleaning Stroller: Surface wash frame, plastic parts, and fabric with mild soap and water solution. Wipe surfaces with water to remove soap solution. Wipe or air dry.
- Regularly check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
