Parts and Preparation

• 4x Bolt (Part No. 110019)
• 8x Bolt (Part No. 117175)
• 1x Assembly Tool (Part No. 120202)
• 12x Nut (Part No. 100712)
• 12x Washer (Part No. 100854)
• 4x Base Piece (Part No. 121236)

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Base Frame

Insert four bolts (110019) through the main frame. Use the assembly tool (120202) to tighten with washers (100854) and nuts (100712).

Step 2: Apply Main Sofa Cover

Place the main sofa cover over the frame, aligning seams. Secure underneath with straps or Velcro.

⚠️ Do not pull fabric excessively.

Step 3: Apply Armrest Covers

Fit armrest covers onto side sections, ensuring correct orientation. Secure them.

Step 4: Assemble Side Frame Sections

Attach side panels to the main base using bolts (117175) and nuts (100712).

Step 5: Connect Sofa Sections

Slide assembled side sections onto the main frame. Use the assembly tool (120202) to secure with bolts (100712), washers (100854), and nuts (100712).

Step 6: Secure Frame

Attach base pieces/feet to the underside using bolts (121236) and nuts (100712).

Step 7: Place Cushions

Position seat and back cushions onto the frame. Ensure they are aligned and flat.

Step 8: Attach Backrests

Slide backrest cushions into their slots on the sofa frame.

Step 9: Apply Back Cushion Covers

Fit covers over back cushions. Align zippers and close securely.

Make final adjustments to cushions and ensure sofa stability.
