Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Pads to Base
Place 2x pads (10164832) onto the underside of the sofa base. Secure each pad with 1x screw (123033) using a screwdriver [?].
Step 2: Attach Legs
Screw 5x legs (124251) into the designated holes on the underside of the sofa base.
Step 3: Attach Side Brackets
Attach 4x brackets (128844) to the sides of the sofa base using 4x bolts (147722) and the Allen key (100092). Ensure correct orientation as shown.
Step 4: Extend Drawer/Frame
Pull out the hidden drawer or extendable frame from the sofa base.
Step 5: Secure Main Frame
Align the main sofa frame with the base and secure it using 2x screws (100259).
Step 6: Attach Backrest Supports
Attach the supports for the backrests to the main frame using 4x bolts (147722) and the Allen key (100092).
Step 7: Attach Second Backrest Supports
Repeat Step 6 for the other side, attaching the second set of backrest supports.
Step 8: Install Backrests/Headrests
Attach the backrests/headrests to the frame. Use 8x screws (100102) to secure the backrests to the brackets (128844).
Step 9: Slide Backrests into Place
Slide the assembled backrests into their final positions on the sofa frame.
Step 10: Secure Seat Cushions
Fasten the seat cushions to the frame using 2x bolts (100259).
Using the Sofa Bed
To convert the sofa to a bed:
- Lift the seat cushion upwards.
- Fold the backrest down.
- The sofa is now converted into a bed.
To convert the bed back to a sofa:
- Lift the backrest upwards.
- Fold the seat cushion back into place.
