ACCUGAF™ Filter Bag Range
Filter bags for applications demanding efficiencies greater than 99%
Eaton's ACCUGAF filter bags are suitable for a wide range of applications, including beer, wine, spirits, and beverage filtration; fine particle removal in parts cleaning; activated carbon removal in process systems; and the final filtration of vinegar, varnishes, hydraulic oils, and lubricants.
With efficiencies exceeding 99%, each ACCUGAF filter bag model offers cost-effective filtration for demanding applications. The five models allow users to efficiently remove particles ranging from 1 to 25 µm while ensuring a long service life.
Features and Benefits
- ACCUGAF polypropylene filter bags are made from hydrophobic microfiber filter material and require pre-wetting with an aqueous solution (detailed instructions are provided with each box).
- Highly efficient melt-blown filter material (polypropylene or polyester) with graded density profiles maximizes dirt-holding capacity and prolongs service life.
- Contains no additives such as resins, binders, or surface treatments.
- A double downstream cover layer virtually eliminates fiber migration.
- The unique UNI-WELD process for the bottom seam creates a stronger, more flexible weld seal.
- Fully-welded construction with a patented SENTINEL® seal ring ensures 100% bypass-free filtration.
- The pressure-activated SENTINEL seal ring provides a flexible, chemically resistant seal that adapts to any bag filter housing.
- Eaton recommends using an insertion tool to facilitate filter bag insertion into the bag filter housing and ensure correct alignment within the restrainer basket.

FDA/EC Conformity
All polypropylene materials used in manufacturing comply with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 177, and EC Regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011, as applicable for food and beverage contact. ACCUGAF AGFE filter bag models are NOT compliant with the above mentioned EC Regulations and Directives.
Flow Rates
The graph illustrates the relationship between initial differential pressure (Ap) in bar and flow rate in m³/h for Size 01 and Size 02 ACCUGAF filter bags. It shows that as the flow rate increases, the differential pressure also increases for various AGF models (AGF 51, 53, 55, 57, 59).
