- Internet Dedicated Services
- Switched E-Line

Getting Started
There are three ways to create a Quote
Option 1: From Shop

Configuration | Upload
Quote Configuration
The 'Quote Configuration' form includes fields for 'Product Name', 'Product Offering', 'Company', 'Group Name', and 'Term (in Years)'.
- Select Product Name
- Select Product Offering
- Choose Company from the dropdown
- Retain or modify Group Name (minimum of 4 characters, maximum of 12)
- Select Term (default is product specific and varies based on product)
Note:
- Choose Contract ID (if applicable)
- Select Verizon Legal Entity (if applicable)

A pop-up notification states 'Modification of Product will remove all quote configuration data entered' with 'Accept [accept-button]' and 'Close [close-button]' options.
Upload (continued)
Step 1: Acknowledge and Close Pop-up
Click the [close-button] [X] to acknowledge and close the pop-up. A confirmation message 'Addresses (14).csv imported successfully' is displayed.
Step 2: Choose File Type
Select 'Addresses' as the File Type from the dropdown.
Step 3: Submit
Click the [submit-button].
Step 4: Complete Configuration
Complete all applicable configuration options.
Step 5: Proceed to Records
Click 'Next [next-button]' to page forward to address all records uploaded (as needed).

Step 6: Get Pricing
Click 'Get Pricing [get-pricing-button]'.
Upload Process Details
Download Address Template
Select 'Addresses' to download the Address template.
Enter Information
Open the Addresses template and enter requested information.
Upload Files
Select 'Upload Files' to upload the completed Addresses template file.
Finalize Upload
Select 'Done [done-button]'.
