Brakes/Suspension: These systems should only be serviced by a specialist workshop.
Luggage Load: Max 5 kg for standard racks, 10 kg for ZegaPro TC racks.

Installation Steps
Preparation: Support the motorcycle securely.
Step 1: Remove Original Shock
Carefully remove the original shock absorber and associated linkage components.
Step 2: Install Touratech Federbein
Mount the new Touratech Suspension Federbein (Part 1) to the frame using provided hardware and correct alignment.
Step 3: Connect Linkage
Connect linkage components (Parts 2, 3) to the Federbein and swingarm. Ensure bolts and nuts are seated correctly.
Step 4: Secure Components
Fasten all new components securely. Use specified torque values.
Step 5: Attach Bracket
Install the mounting bracket (Part 5) as shown, using specified hardware (e.g., M6 x 30 bolts).
Step 6: Route Cables/Lines
Carefully route and secure brake lines, wiring, and control cables (Parts 6, 7, 8) to prevent pinching or interference. Ensure clearance for full steering movement.
Step 7: Install Spacers
On the right side, install the specified spacers: a 7 mm spacer and a 10 mm spacer.
Step 8: Final Checks
Verify all fasteners are tightened. Check cable/line routing and range of motion. Confirm no excessive compromise to lean angle.
