Before You Start
Safety Precautions:
- Please read all instructions carefully.
- Retain instructions for future reference.
- Separate and count all parts and hardware.
- Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
- Assemble items near their intended use area to avoid unnecessary movement.
- Always place the product on a flat, steady, and stable surface.
- Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children to prevent choking hazards.

General Safety Warnings:
- Do not touch electrical outlets with wet hands.
- Do not pour water, hot water, or detergent on the electrical outlet or main unit.
- Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or alter the product yourself.
- Do not install the toilet in a car, ship, or any other moving object.
- Stop using the product if it breaks down. Disconnect power and turn off the water supply if there is water leakage, unusual sound/smell, smoke, overheating, or blockage.
- Do not use seawater or water other than tap water or drinkable well water.
- Do not touch the electrical plug during a thunderstorm.
- Ensure the water inlet soft pipe does not contact the electrical plug and outlet.
- Do not destroy the power cable or plug; avoid striking, yanking, twisting, bending, damaging, or altering the cords.
- Do not use loose or faulty electrical outlets.
- Use the electrical outlet and wire appliance in the specified area.
- Only use the specified power supply (120V~ 60Hz).
- Do not put fingers or objects into the warm air outlet.
- Do not place objects or clothes on the air outlet or cover it.
- Keep cigarettes and open flames away from the product.
- Low Temperature Scalding: Be cautious of low-temperature scalding, especially for children, the elderly, disabled individuals, or those under the influence of medication or alcohol. Adjust temperature settings to 'off' or 'low' as needed.
- Install the product in a dry area, away from high humidity. Ensure proper bathroom ventilation if installed in a bathroom.
- Connect the product to cold water supply only.
- Ensure the product is correctly grounded.
- Confirm the electrical outlet is grounded.
- Use a high-sensitivity leakage switch or insulating transformer for the power wire.
- Ensure the power plug is inserted firmly into the outlet.
- Hold the plug, not the wire, when unplugging.
- If the power soft wire is broken, contact the manufacturer or a qualified service person for replacement.
- Do not use the product if you have a pacemaker or other auxiliary medical equipment due to strong magnets inside.
- Turn off the power before maintenance or spot checks.
- Disabled people or those lacking experience should be supervised.
- Do not let children play with the product.
- Do not throw lighted cigarettes or flammable materials into the toilet.
- Do not use the product when it's loose; it may cause separation and fall, leading to injury.
- Do not touch damaged areas; replace them promptly.
- Do not impact forcefully, place heavy objects on, or stand on the product.
- Do not pull the product by the seat or cover.
- Do not open the seat and cover when something is on the product.
- Use only neutral kitchen detergent for cleaning plastic parts and the water inlet soft hose. Avoid bathroom detergent, gasoline, banana oil, cleaning powder, and nylon brushes.
- To avoid sudden water leakage, do not remove the water inlet filter when the angle valve is open.
- Do not crush or bend the water inlet hose.
- Use the new hose provided; do not reuse the old one.
- Do not pour hot water into the toilet.
- Do not flush large amounts of toilet paper or other items besides sewage.
- Do not lean on the toilet cover while using.
- Close the angle valve when water is leaking.
- Adopt anti-freezing measures when room temperature is below 0°C (32°F).
- When not in use for a long time, drain the inlet soft hose and cut off the power.
- Ensure the filter is screwed in correctly to prevent water leakage.
- If the toilet drain outlet is blocked, cut off power and clear the obstruction using professional tools.
- Flush the toilet after use.
- Use a dry towel to clean the floor.
- This bidet requires a GFCI outlet; do not use an extension cord.

Functions Introduction
The product is primarily controlled by remote control, with a supplementary side knob control.

- Rear Wash/Oscillating Wash: Cleans the rear area.
- Front Wash/Oscillating Wash: Cleans the front area.
- Child Wash: Gentle cleaning for children.
- One Solution: Auto clean, flush, and dry sequence.

Installation Method
Toilet Installation:
- Supply Stop Installation: Turn on the old supply stop, flush for 1 minute to remove sundries. Turn off the supply stop and remove it. Wrap Teflon tape on the water supply pipe thread and screw the adapter.
- Confirm Water Flow: Install a matching hose, direct it into a bucket, turn on the supply stop, and ensure at least 1 gallon of water flows out within 10 seconds. If pressure is low, remove the flow regulator or use a booster pump. Close the supply stop and remove the hose.
- Install the Toilet: Note the distance to the wall. Lift the toilet seat-lid assembly. Install a sealing ring under the toilet. Align the toilet with the flange bolts and tighten the nuts with a wrench.
- Battery Installation: Remove the battery case cover, connect the battery, and slide the cover back. Press the control dial to confirm flushing. Use alkaline batteries. Used batteries should be disposed of properly. Reinstall the toilet seat-lid assembly.
- Connect Water Inlet Pipe: Connect the water inlet hose to the supply stop. Tighten the nut with a wrench. Open the supply stop and check for leaks. Apply silica gel to the bottom of the toilet and allow 24 hours to dry.
- Install Remote Controller: Tear off the backing of the double-sided tape on the bracket, clean the wall surface, stick the bracket, and press firmly. Use after 15 minutes.
Operation
Preparation:
- Open the angle valve.
- Confirm the power plug is inserted and the indicator light is on.
- The product defaults to its previous settings after power off.
- If not powered on, press the side knob power button.
Sit on the Seat:
- Seat sensor activates functions automatically.
- Deodorizer starts automatically.
Function Operations (via Remote Control):
- Water Pressure Adjustment: Use '+' and '-' buttons to adjust pressure.
- Nozzle Position Adjustment: Use specific buttons to adjust nozzle position (unavailable during oscillating wash).
- Stop: Stops the current operation. Long press for 3 seconds to turn off.
- Night Light: Turns the light on/off.
- Warm Air Temp Adjustment: Adjusts warm air temperature.
- Nozzle Clean: Initiates nozzle cleaning. Effective when the seat is unoccupied. The nozzle also self-cleans before rear and front wash.
- Dryer: Starts warm air drying. Can be set to movable drying.
- Dryer Position Adjustment: Adjusts the dryer position (unavailable during movable drying).
- Stop (Dryer): Turns off the drying function or stops automatically after 4 minutes.
- Lady Care: Provides gentle cleaning for women.
- Strong Wash: Powerful washing mode.
- Child Wash: Gentle cleaning for children with pre-set low pressure and mid-temperature.
- One Solution: Automatic sequence of rear wash, oscillating wash, and warm air dryer.
- Deodorizer: Activates deodorization. Stops after 3 seconds, or automatically after use.
- Water Temp: Adjusts water temperature (levels: ambient, 33°C, 36°C, 39°C).
- Seat Temp: Adjusts seat temperature (levels: ambient, 33°C, 36°C, 39°C). Note: Seat temperature lowers automatically after 10 minutes of use to prevent low-temperature scalding.
- Open/Set: Opens the seat. Long press for 3 seconds to activate automatic seat function.
- Flush/Auto Flush: Flushes the toilet once. Long press for 3 seconds to activate auto-flush. Auto-flush does not work if the toilet was flushed manually while occupied.
- Close/Power save: Softly closes the seat. Long press for 3 seconds to enter power saving mode.
Side Knob Operation:
- Rotate forward for front wash, backward for rear wash.
- Indicator lights show function status (pink for front wash, blue for rear wash, red for drying).
- Pressing the knob stops functions and enters idle mode.
- Pressing the knob starts flushing in idle mode.
- Double press activates water saving mode.
- Long press turns off the unit.
Foot Sensor Control:
- Opens/closes seat and cover when foot approaches.
- Initiates flushing after seat/cover movement.
- Sensor is inactive when the user is seated.
- Foot flush is a small flush.
Buzzer: Indicates operational status (single buzz for available functions, double for partial availability, multiple for faults).
LED Display: Shows status of various functions like auto open-up seat, auto flush, deodorizer, seat temperature, water temperature, night light, and power save.
Remote Control Code Matching
If using multiple smart toilets of the same brand, follow these steps to ensure unique remote control pairing:
- Unplug the smart toilet power.
- Press and hold 'weak' and 'back' buttons simultaneously until the indicator light blinks.
- Plug the smart toilet back in within 5 seconds.
- The indicator light will stop blinking when the code match is complete.
Notice: Code matching time is 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Toilet Bowl Cleaning: Ensure the plug is removed. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the toilet shelf and seat. Neutral detergent can be used for stubborn dirt.
- Nozzle Cleaning and Maintenance: Press 'nozzle clean' to extend the nozzle for cleaning. A brush can be used. Do not use a steel brush.
- Cleaning the Filter: If water pressure is low, clean the filter. Close the angle valve first. Remove the filter using a screwdriver. Clean the filter with water only; do not use cleaning agents or crush it. Reinstall the filter after cleaning and reopen the valve, checking for leaks.
Replace Remote Control Battery
- When the battery is low, the remote may become insensitive. Replace with 2 AAA alkaline batteries. Ensure correct polarity. Do not mix old and new batteries.
Replace Back Up Battery
- Pull out the power plug. Lift the toilet seat lid and remove the battery cover. Place the spare 9V alkaline battery correctly. Press the flush button to test. Replace the cover and seat lid.
- Use only 9V alkaline batteries.
- Low battery or no battery will affect flushing function.
- Recommended to check and replace the spare battery every 2 years.
- Recycle used batteries properly.
