Troubleshooting Firmware Upgrades

If problems are encountered during the upgrade process, follow these steps:

  1. Disconnect the device from the computer and remove all connected devices from the device.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device, and close DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series).
  3. Simultaneously press and hold the AC button and the power button, enter upgrade mode, then connect the device to the computer using a USB cable.
  4. Use DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series) to re-upgrade the device.
