Troubleshooting Firmware Updates

[Note] If an update fails, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Disconnect your computer and all connected devices from the portable power station.
Press and hold the power button for over 5 seconds to turn off the portable power station and exit DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series).
Press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously. Connect the portable power station to your computer using a USB-C cable.
Retry the firmware update to the latest version using DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series).
