- Keep the jumping area clear of objects.
- Bounce only when the mat is dry. Do not use in gusty or severe winds.
- Bounce in the center of the mat.
- Secure the trampoline and enclosure when not in use to prevent unauthorized use.
- Users may become entangled or strangled in loose cords or gaps. Keep enclosure tightly fastened.
- Do not jump over, crawl under, rebound off, hang from, kick, cut, or climb on the enclosure.
- Enter and exit only at designated openings.
Care and Maintenance
- Perform periodic checks at the beginning of each season and twice monthly during use.
- Reinstall any removed parts.
- Tighten all hardware.
- Lubricate metallic moving parts as needed.
- Check and replace protective coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and corners if loose, cracked, or missing.

- Do not allow pets on the mat to prevent cuts or damage.
- Inspect for worn, defective, or missing parts, including:
- Missing or insecure frame padding, enclosure, or pole caps.
- Punctures, frays, tears, or holes in the mat, barrier, or padding.
- Deterioration of stitching or fabric.
- Bent or broken frame.
- Ruptured or broken springs.
- Sagging trampoline bed.
- Protrusions (especially sharp) on frame, springs, or mat.
- In winter, remove snow and store the mat and enclosure indoors to prevent damage from snow load and low temperatures.
- Replace the enclosure net after two years of use.
- Carry out regular checks on the frame, suspension system, mat, pads, and enclosure. Failure to do so can make the trampoline dangerous.
- Check nuts and bolts for tightness.
- Check spring-loaded joints for integrity.
- Check and replace coverings for bolts and sharp edges.
- Check for wear or deterioration and replace parts as needed.
- Ensure all parts are dry before storage.
High Winds
Do not use or stand near the trampoline in windy conditions. Trampolines can become airborne in high winds, causing serious injury, paralysis, death, or property damage. Disassemble and store the trampoline and enclosure until weather improves. Anchoring may help prevent movement but does not guarantee against becoming airborne. Consult a qualified contractor for appropriate anchoring methods. If high winds are expected, move the trampoline to a sheltered location, disassemble it, or tie it down securely with ropes and stakes (not included). Use at least three ropes and three stakes, attaching them to the top of the frame, not just the legs. Cover stake tops to prevent injury.
Moving the Trampoline
Move the trampoline with two people, keeping it horizontal and lifted slightly. Secure all connector points with weather-resistant tape. For moving, disassembly may be necessary; follow assembly steps in reverse order. Do not disassemble frame sections, legs, or bases before removing the mat and springs.
Assembly and Moving Tips
- Select the permanent location before assembly.
- Do not lift the frame more than two inches off the ground to prevent warping. If the frame warps, place it down and press on the warped area; spring tension should help flatten it.
Disassembly
Follow assembly steps in reverse order. Use gloves to protect hands from pinch points during disassembly. Do not attempt to disassemble frame components before removing springs and mat.
Disposal
Disassemble and dispose of the equipment safely, ensuring no hazardous conditions (small parts, sharp edges) exist upon discarding.
Assembly Instructions
Adult Assembly Required
At least two people are recommended for assembly. Use gloves to avoid pinching and safety glasses for eye protection.
STEP 1 - Support Assembly
Insert two Vertical Leg Extensions (F) into one Leg Base (E) until the spring-loaded buttons click. Ensure buttons face the floor. Repeat for all four leg bases.
STEP 2 - Frame Layout
Lay out four Support Assemblies. The openings on the top rails must face upwards. With two people, lift a Support Assembly and attach the Top Rail with Socket (G) to the Vertical Leg Extensions (F). Continue connecting all Top Rails to Support Assemblies and then connect the Top Rails to each other to complete the circle. Ensure openings face upwards and curves face outwards.
STEP 3 - Mat Assembly
Place the Trampoline Mat (A) in the center of the assembled frame with the logo facing up.
STEP 4 - Spring Loading
Caution: Two adults are required. Wear heavy-duty work gloves. Use the Spring Loading Tool (L). Attach Galvanized Springs (K) to the Triangle-Rings on the mat and the holes on the Top Rail frame. Distribute springs evenly by attaching them on opposite sides. Use the Spring Loading Tool to hook the spring to the frame opening.
STEP 5 - Safety Pad and Frame Assembly
- Pull the Safety Pad (C) over the springs and frame, ensuring all metal parts are covered. Tie the pad's straps to the frame and Triangle-Rings.
- Connect Upper Pole A (H) and Upper Pole B (I) by sliding them together until the button clicks. Slide foam covers over the metal. Repeat for all eight pole assemblies.
- Slide Pole Caps (Q) over the Upper Pole assemblies, aligning the opening with the button, until they click into place.
- Attach clamps (M) to spacers (O), then to the Top Rail with Sockets (G). Secure with curved washers (P) and nuts (N). Slide Upper Pole Assemblies into the clamp openings.
- Place a spacer (O) between an Upper Pole Assembly and a Vertical Leg Extension (F). Slide a Half-Threaded Screw (J) through the aligned openings. Secure with a curved washer (P) and nut (N). Repeat for all eight pole assemblies.
STEP 6 - Enclosure Assembly
- Spread the Enclosure Net (B) over the Trampoline Mat (A). Align the doorway.
- Thread the ties on the top of the Enclosure Net through the openings on the Pole Caps (Q) and secure with clips.
- Thread the Rope (D) through the Triangle-Rings under the Safety Pad and through the holes on the Enclosure Net. Weave the rope around the mat, attaching it to all Triangle-Rings. Two adults may be needed to pull the net taut. Tie a double-knot at the end of the rope.
Trampoline Placement
- Place the trampoline on a level surface.
- Maintain at least 6'6" (2m) of clear lateral space around the trampoline, away from walls, structures, fences, and other play areas.
- Use in a well-lighted area.
- Minimize direct sunlight on standing/sitting surfaces.
- Remove obstructions from beneath the trampoline.
- Secure against unauthorized and unsupervised use.
- Ensure adequate overhead clearance (minimum 24 ft. recommended) from wires, tree limbs, and other hazards.
Basic Trampoline Bounces
- The Basic Bounce: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, swing arms forward and up, bring feet together in mid-air, and land with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Knee Bounce: From a low basic bounce, land on knees with a straight back and use arms for balance. Bounce back to standing.
- Seat Bounce: From a basic bounce, land in a flat, sitting position. Use hands on the mat beside hips to push back to an erect position.
- Front Bounce: From a low bounce, land in a prone (face down) position with arms extended forward. Push off with arms to return to standing.
- 180° Bounce: From a front bounce position, push off with hands/arms to turn 180°. Maintain a parallel back and head up. Land in a prone position and return to standing.
Important Notes for Jumpers:
- Wear appropriate clothing (T-shirts, shorts, sweats) and socks with gymnastic shoes, or be barefoot. Avoid hard-soled shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended for beginners to prevent scrapes.
- Mount and dismount properly. Do not grab the safety pad, step on springs, or jump onto the mat from other objects. Do not dismount by jumping to the ground. Small children may need assistance.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Only one person at a time. Multiple jumpers increase injury risk.
- Stay in the center of the mat to avoid landing on the frame or springs. Do not jump or step on the safety pad.
- Master basic bounces before attempting complex maneuvers. If losing control, flex knees sharply upon landing to stop the bounce.
- DO NOT PERFORM SOMERSAULTS. Landing incorrectly can cause paralysis or death.
- Keep pets, people, and objects away from under and around the trampoline. Be aware of overhead hazards like tree limbs or wires.
- Do not hold foreign objects while jumping.
- Inspect the trampoline for bent tubes, torn mats, loose/broken springs, and overall stability before each use.
- Use only when the mat is clean and dry. Avoid use in windy conditions.
- Secure the trampoline when not in use to prevent unsupervised play.
