Overview

How to Connect
First-time connectivity
Turn off phone's Bluetooth. Earbuds will auto power on, pair with each other, and turn connectable. On phone, search for QCY-T8 and tap to connect both earbuds to phone.
Switch connected device
1. Turn off phone's Bluetooth. 2. On phone B, search for QCY-T8 and tap to connect. Multi-point connection is not available, and earbuds will auto reconnect to phone upon powering up again.
Factory Setting
To resolve connectivity errors, follow these methods:
Method 1: Delete connectivity record on phone if any. Take out both earbuds from case and keep touching both panels for 5s or until LED glows red for 2s to power off them. Then, open the lid and keep touching both panels for 10s or until LED blinks red and blue 3 times to reset to factory. Earbuds will then auto power on and pair with each other. Refer to 'How to Connect' for re-establishing connection after Factory Setting.
Method 2: Open the charging case lid and long press the charging case button for 10s or until the LED blinks red and blue 3 times, then close the lid to reset earbuds to factory.
How to Wear
Rotate earbud and pop it into your ear. Then shake head to check wearing stability. Adjust mic towards your mouth for better calling experience. Please wear earbuds properly, making sure they fit snugly and sound holes are inside ear channels. You may turn on 'In-ear Detection' in the QCY APP.
One Press to Enter Pairing Mode
When earbuds have been connected to phone: Pop earbuds into case. Open lid and hold charging case button for 5s or until LED on case blinks green 3 times. Earbuds will then disconnect to phone and enter pairing mode.
Mono Mode
If earbuds were paired before: Keep touching the panel on either earbud for 5s to power them on. They will auto turn connectable (LED will blink blue). On phone, search for QCY-T8 and tap to connect the earbud to phone.
Charging
Charge the Earbuds
Push earbuds into the case and close the lid. Earbuds will auto turn off and be charged.
Charge the Case
Connect a Type-C USB cable to the charging port. The LED of the case will glow solid red when charging and turn green once topped up.

Tips
1. Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and set aside for future references.
2. If the headset need to be fully charged prior to first time use: If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
3. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
4. If headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is paired with any current device for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode. If a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it. If a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot it.
5. Keep the headset dry.
Caveats
1. Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
2. Do not use the headset in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or infants.
4. Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use chemical solvents or strong detergents to clean the headset.
6. Keep the headset dry.
