Safety Instructions

• Keep the wireless charger away from and protected from water and other liquids.
• To clean the charger, use a dry cloth and ensure it is not connected to a power adapter.
• Working temperature: -0°C to +35°C.
• Storage temperature: -20°C to +35°C.
• Keep children and pets away from the wireless charger to avoid choking hazards and product damage.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product yourself; contact the retailer instead.
• Do not use the charger with cards with magnetic stripes, such as credit or debit cards. Keep cards away from the magnet.
• Be cautious when your device is mounted on the holder. Quick movements or vibrations can cause your device to fall off.

Situations Causing Failures (High Temperature / No or Slow Charging)

• The connected adapter or USB port does not have enough power output.
• The charging cable is not compatible with the power adapter's output.
• If using a case, your device's case may be too thick (recommended thickness: 2-3 mm).
• Your device is not placed at the center of the wireless charger.
• There is a metal object on the back of your device or its case.
• Your device does not support wireless charging.

Compatible Devices

For 15W fast wireless charging, you need a "Quick Charge" or "Power Delivery" power adapter with 18W or higher and a compatible device.

iPhone 12 series devices charge up to 7.5W with an 18W or higher power adapter.

Other devices charge at 5/7.5/10W depending on the power adapter and device. Compatibility with wireless charging and a power adapter is required.

Usage

Mount the charger to your car's air vent or windshield using the supplied suction cup mount. Ensure it is properly attached.

Connect the cable to a power adapter. Place your device on the charger. The receiving area may vary by device and manufacturer. Remove your device when charging is complete.

Note: If your device is running battery-intensive apps while charging, it may get warm. This can negatively affect the device. Refer to your device's manual for its working temperature.
