Assembly Instructions
Step 1A: Desk Clamp Installation
To install using the desk clamp method:
- Attach the pole with clamp (C) to the desk clamp base (B).
- Position the clamp assembly on the edge of the desk.
- Tighten the clamp to secure the arm to the desk. Adjust the clamp for desk thickness: for thin desks, the clamp can be set to ≤ 63mm (16mm); for medium desks, 5" - 1.63" (11-41mm); and for thick desks, 1.42" - 2.6" (36-66mm).
Step 1B: Grommet Base Installation
To install using the grommet base method:
- Attach the pole with clamp (C) to the grommet base (F).
- Insert the pole through the desk grommet hole.
- From underneath the desk, secure the base plate (D) using the M4x10mm screws (H) and the 4mm Allen wrench (K).
- Ensure the desk thickness for grommet installation is between 0.31" - 2" (8-51mm).
Step 2: Determine Monitor Orientation
Monitors can be mounted in a locked portrait or landscape orientation, or left free to rotate 360°.
- For free rotation (360°): Do not insert the M3 x 6 mm screw (N).
- For locked orientation (0°): Insert the M3 x 6 mm screw (N) into the front of the plate on the upper arm.
⚠️ NOTICE: If changing monitor orientation after mounting, remove the monitor from the upper arm, then insert or remove the M3 x 6 mm screw.
⚠️ DANGER: The arm mechanism is under tension and will move up rapidly when equipment is removed. Do not remove equipment unless the arm is moved to its highest position to prevent serious personal injury or equipment damage.
Step 3: Attaching the Monitor Arm to the Pole
- Slide the monitor arm (A) onto the pole (C).
- Secure the arm to the pole by tightening the M4x10mm screws (I) using the 4mm Allen wrench (K).
Step 4: Attaching the Monitor to the Arm
- Attach the VESA plate of the monitor arm (A) to the back of the monitor.
- Secure the monitor using the M4x10mm screws (M) and the 4mm Allen wrench (K). Ensure the monitor is securely fastened.
Step 5: Cable Management
- Route the monitor cables along the arm.
- Use the provided cable management clips (E) and cable ties (J) to neatly secure the cables to the underside of the arm.
Step 6: Adjustments
- Tilt Adjustment: Adjust the tilt of the monitor by using the 4mm Allen wrench (K) to tighten or loosen the pivot point on the monitor arm.
- Height Adjustment: Adjust the height of the monitor arm on the pole by loosening the clamp, moving the arm to the desired height, and then re-tightening the clamp.
- Swivel and Rotation Adjustment: Adjust the arm's swivel and rotation at the joints using the 2.5mm Allen wrench (L) to tighten or loosen as needed.
