Open the Package
The package contains the components for the F-01 Delta wing. Please check the contents against the list below.
Preparation
Assembly Tools Needed:
- Utility knife
- Ten-screwdriver
- 2.0 hexagon wrench
- Foam glue
Electronic Equipment Needed:
- 2 x 9G servo
- 2205 motor
- 40A ESC

Fuselage Assembly
-
Open Box 1. Find the upper and bottom fuselage parts. Use a knife to remove any sprue material.
The image shows the upper and lower halves of the aircraft's white foam fuselage. Sprue material is attached to the edges, indicated by red arrows and the text '[Remove]'. -
Open Box 2 and find the wooden plate. Apply foam glue to the wooden plate and bond it to the bottom cover of the fuselage.
The bottom half of the fuselage is shown. Red highlighted areas on the inner surface indicate where to apply glue. Text overlay: '[Apply Glue]'. -
Apply foam glue to the bottom fuselage and bond the upper and bottom fuselage halves together.
The bottom half of the fuselage is shown again. Red highlighted areas on the inner surface indicate where to apply glue. Text overlay: '[Apply Glue]'. -
Find the LED light and motor mount from Box 2. Install the LED light onto the motor mount. (To ensure the LED light is welded properly, power it up to test if it works normally.)
Two images show the LED light and motor mount components. The second image shows the LED light being attached to the motor mount. Text indicates: '[LED Light Facing Outward]'. -
Install the motor mount by applying a circle of glue around its edge, approximately 1-2mm from the edge. Also apply some glue on the wider upper edge. Then, install the mount onto the rear of the plane. After the glue has dried, thread the wires of the LED light through.
The motor mount is shown with red highlighted areas indicating where to apply glue. Text overlay: '[Apply Glue]'. The second image shows the motor mount installed at the rear of the fuselage, with wires being routed through. -
Adhere the front and rear ventilation covers. (If a GPS flight controller has been installed, adhere the front ventilation cover after installing the GPS.)
The front and rear ventilation covers are shown being attached to the fuselage. Red lines highlight the placement areas. -
Adhere the fuselage and the hatch cover. Note: please ensure that the corresponding South (S) and North (N) poles are aligned correctly.
The fuselage and hatch cover are shown. Red dots indicate glue application points. Magnets are shown being attached to the hatch cover. A note mentions aligning North (N) and South (S) poles. -
Install the handle on the hatch cover.
The foam hatch cover and a small black handle are shown. A close-up view illustrates the handle being attached to the hatch cover.
Wing Assembly
-
Open Box 4 and find the wing foam. Use a knife to remove any sprue material.
The foam wing parts are shown. Red arrows point to areas where sprue material should be removed. Text: '[Remove]'. -
Install the servo. Power the servo and find its neutral point, then install the servo arm. Apply glue to the mounting position. Secure the servo in place and organize the wires on the back of the wing.
A servo motor, its arm, and the process of installing it into the wing are shown. Wires are being organized on the back of the wing. -
Install the wing onto the fuselage. Insert the reinforcement carbon rod, then apply glue to the mounting position, and insert the wing. Repeat for the other side.
A carbon fiber rod is shown being inserted into the fuselage and wing. The wing is then shown being attached to the fuselage with glue. The text 'Repeat for the Other Side' is present. -
Install the front of the wing-let. Open Box 3 and find the front of the wing-let. Apply glue to the mounting position and apply appropriate pressure to let it bond firmly. Repeat for the other side. Note: the left and right wing-lets are different.
The front wing-let is shown being attached to the wing. Red areas indicate glue application points. A note states: 'the left and right wing-let are different'.
Install Sub-devices
-
Install the motor.
The motor and its mounting bracket are shown. Another image shows the motor being attached to the rear of the fuselage. -
Angle motor mount recommendation for manual flight.
The motor is mounted at the rear of the fuselage. Text indicates: 'Motor is 2 degree to right'. -
Install battery mounting plate, electronic mounting plate, or VTX mounting base (use 2x8 tapping screw).
Images show different internal mounting configurations within the fuselage for batteries, electronics, and VTX. Text labels include 'Ordinary manual flight mounting method', 'DJI mounting method', and 'Analog VTX mounting'.All electronic mounting positions are adjustable. Adjust according to your demand, but pay attention to the [Center of Gravity Position].
The inside of the fuselage is shown with a red line indicating the '[Center of Gravity Position]'. -
Connecting lines. (Taking a FUTABA receiver as an example)
A schematic diagram illustrates wiring connections for a FUTABA receiver. It shows connections from 'Power input+' and 'Power input-' to the UBEC and ESC. The receiver is connected to Left servo (CH1), Right servo (CH6), ESC (CH3), and Tail Lamp. The ESC is connected to the Motor. The diagram indicates that UBEC and Tail Lamp can connect to any remaining channel. -
Install the servo horn and linkages.
Servo horns and linkage rods are shown. Another image depicts a servo horn attached to a servo arm inside the fuselage, with a linkage rod connected.
SETUP
-
Set up the radio control model type to delta wing mode. (If using a flight controller, set the model type to normal fixed-wing aircraft mode). This setup is taking FUTABA as an example. Set Channel 1/3/6 to REV (Reverse).
Screenshots of a radio transmitter's setup menu. One shows 'MODEL TYPE' set to 'AIRPLANE', 'WING' to 'FLYING WING', 'ST' to 'NORMAL', 'RUDDER' to '2AIL', 'ELEV' to 'NORMAL'. The other shows 'REVERSE' settings for various channels, including '1AIL REV', '2VPP NORM', '3THR REV', '4RUD NORM', '5GEAR NORM', and others like 'GAIL2 REV', '7AUX6 NORM', '8AUX5 NORM', '9ELE NORM', '10CAMB NORM'.
Control stick movements are demonstrated:
- Climbing ⬆️
- Go down ⬇️
- Left aileron ⬅️
- Right aileron ➡️
When facing the motor, it should rotate clockwise. If not, please change either 2 of the connector lines.
Based on your power requirements, select a 5 or 6-inch propeller. This product uses a pusher configuration, so install the propeller with the side that has text facing forward.

Flight Test
- Always respect the rules provided by your local remote control aircraft organization. Choose an appropriate flying site consisting of a large open space to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and your model.
- Before operation, power up the aircraft and check that all movements are smooth and directions and functions are correct.
- If you are using a throw-away method to take off, please pay close attention to the propeller to avoid any unnecessary injuries.
