Electric Water Heater Overview

Key Technologies
Shock Proof
Ensures user safety by acting as a resistor between the water heater and the user, reducing the intensity of electrical current passed, thereby preventing potential accidents.
Super Enamel Tank
Features a titanium coating for enhanced durability and premium quality. The tank is constructed with three layers of super enamel, providing superior performance against corrosion, dissolution, and explosion. The tank is sintered at a high temperature (890°C) using automated robotic laser tracking welding for material integrity.
Heating Elements
Haier offers various heating elements, including:
- Titanium Heating Element: Made from 99.6% pure titanium, offering outstanding corrosion resistance for its entire lifespan, preventing reduced heating efficiency and electric leakage.
- Enamel Heating Element: Provides high durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent heating performance, keeping water clean and healthy.
- 310S+Mo Heating Element: Features a high anti-corrosion Molybdenum alloy coating, offering 4 times the corrosion resistance of common heating elements for efficient and durable performance.
AI Anode Anticorrosion System
This advanced system, featuring a Dualshield technology with an Iridium-lined NeuroTitan™ Active Electric Anode and a Resistive Magnesium Rod Sacrificial Anode, guarantees lifelong tank protection without the need for magnesium rod replacements. It adapts to different water qualities, ensuring continuous, clean, and healthy hot water while promoting environmental sustainability.
U-Turn Flow Technology
Utilizes a pipe-in-pipe principle with 116 small holes for 360° water distribution. This design ensures cold water is immediately heated upon entering the tank, reducing the impact of cold water on hot water and increasing water output by up to 24% for a more pleasant bathing experience.
Water Fresher Technology
The unique U-type water inlet pattern prevents stagnant water deposition at the bottom of the tank, promoting water circulation to keep water fresh and healthier.
Upgraded PUF Technology
An advanced, uniform, and dense Polyurethane Foam (PUF) heat insulation layer provides 360° all-round heat preservation, reducing heat loss and ensuring energy-saving hot water supply.
TTS Technology
Includes overheat protection via a liquid expansion thermostat that automatically powers off the heating pipe if water exceeds 97°C. Precise temperature control is achieved through inner tank blind holes for quicker and more accurate temperature measurement, leading to energy savings.
80°C Bacteria Proof System (BPS)
This system provides high-temperature sterilization, reaching up to 80°C, which is significantly higher than industry standards (65°C). It achieves a 99.9% sterilizing rate, effectively cleaning water and caring for the skin.
