The UNI-TUGGER is designed to enhance standard pallet truck operations, featuring a linear actuator system, a powerful electromagnet, and adaptability for various roll-off heights. Its logical controls facilitate efficient battery changes, and it is finished with an acid-resistant powder coating to withstand harsh industrial conditions.
As a recent addition to EnerSys's globally recognized BTE series, the UNI-Tugger aims to reduce material damage risk and employee strain, thereby improving productivity and streamlining operations.

- Required host pallet truck lifting capacity: 1632 lbs (740 kg) for UTE-30, or 1821 lbs (826 kg) for UTE-36, plus the weight of the heaviest battery.
- Host pallet truck forks must be a minimum of 1600 mm long and between 550 mm and 680 mm wide.
- Integrated lift system using a linear actuator.
- Simple and logical controls:
- Forward/reverse, raise/lower controls operated via the host truck.
- Intrinsic lift of 305 mm built into the UNI-Tugger.
- Raise/lower controls via buttons on the Variable Speed Joystick housing.
- Magnet bridge travel controlled by a variable speed joystick.
- Magnet power on/off switch with a 5-minute time-out feature.
