LeapFrog My Pal Scout & Violet Quick Start and Parent Guide

LeapFrog My Pal Scout & Violet Quick Start Guide

Get Started

This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your LeapFrog My Pal Scout or My Pal Violet plush toy.

Step 1: Initial Setup

Before playing with or connecting your puppy, remove the plastic pull tab from the back and discard it.

Visit leapfrog.com/MyPals2 on your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer). For a list of supported browsers, refer to the System Requirements section.

Create or sign in to your LeapFrog account. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your child's profile, including their name and favorites.

Step 2: Connect to Your Device

Open the hook-and-loop fastener on the back of your puppy to access the Battery Box. Slide open the Battery Box door to reveal the cable. Ensure your puppy's Power/Volume Switch is in the 'On' position for a successful connection.

Connect the puppy's cable from the Battery Box to your device's 3.5mm headphone jack (or adapter) on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Important: Do not plug the cable into peripheral or external accessories, such as speakers or docks.

Follow the webpage instructions to turn your device's audio volume all the way up and begin the download process.

Step 3: Ready to Play

Once the Light-Up Collar illuminates and your puppy says, "I'm ready to play now," disconnect the cable from your device. Tuck the cable back into the Battery Box, close the Battery Box door securely, and fasten the hook-and-loop closure over the Battery Box.
