Guarantee Terms and Conditions
One For All guarantees that if, during the guarantee period, faults arise due to defects in manufacturing and/or materials, they will, at their discretion, repair or replace the product free of cost. This guarantee expressly excludes normal wear and tear.
To invoke the guarantee, the product must be sent to One For All with the original purchase document (invoice, sales slip, or cash receipt) clearly showing the supplier's name and date of purchase.
The One For All guarantee shall lapse if:
- The product has not been drilled, installed, and used in accordance with the Instructions for Use.
- The product has been altered or repaired by a party other than One for All.
- A fault arises due to external causes (outside the product) such as lightning, water damage, fire, scuffing, exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, solvents or acids, wrong use, or negligence.
- The product is used for different equipment than is mentioned on or in the packing.

Important Warning
Correct installation is extremely essential and falls outside the scope of responsibility of One for All. The fastening material provided is exclusively intended for installation on walls made of solid wood, bricks, concrete, or solid-wood columns with a maximum of 3 mm wall finishing. For walls made of other materials (e.g., hollow bricks), please consult your installer and/or specialist supplier. During installation, please also follow the installation and use instructions of the apparatus to be installed/fixed (for example, the LCD/plasma screen).
Installation Steps
Follow these steps for a successful installation:
- Wall Mounting:
Select a suitable location on the wall. Mark drilling points using a level and pencil. Drill holes appropriate for the wall type and the provided wall anchors/screws. Securely attach the main wall bracket to the wall using the provided hardware (e.g., ST6.3x55mm screws from Package W).
Note: Ensure the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware.
- Attach Arms to TV:
Identify the correct screws (e.g., M4x28mm, M5x14mm, M6x14mm, M6x30mm, M8x30mm, M8x50mm, M8x12mm from Package M) and spacers (e.g., EVA Foam Pads) for your TV. Attach the mounting arms (labeled A and B) to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws and spacers. Ensure the arms are oriented correctly (TOP indicator).
- Mount TV to Bracket:
With assistance, lift the TV and hook the attached arms onto the wall bracket. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the bracket.
- Adjust Tilt:
Adjust the tilt angle of the TV to your preferred viewing position, between 0° and -15°.
- Final Check:
Verify all connections are secure and the TV is stable.
