Getting Started

First Time Use

Charge your watch for approximately 2 hours before first use.

Charging Steps:

1. Align the charging pins on the watch back with the charging cable pins.
2. Connect the charging cable to a USB adaptor or computer USB port.
3. Unplug the cable once fully charged.

Note: Clean charging pins weekly with a damp cloth.

Turning On/Off the Watch:

To Turn On: Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds.

To Turn Off: Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds until the "shutdown" icon appears, then tap the icon.

Turning On/Off the Screen:

To Turn On: Press the side button or raise your wrist.

To Turn Off: Press the side button again.

Connecting to the QWatch Pro App

Download: Search for "QWatch Pro" in your app store or scan the QR code.

Connection: Open the QWatch Pro app, tap the icon on the main page, select "Add" in the "Add device" menu. Select "AFTWS0423S" from the device list. For iOS, tap "Pair" on the pop-up window.

Disconnection: In the QWatch Pro app, tap "Device" and select "Unbinding Equipment". On your smartphone's Bluetooth settings, find "AFTWS0423S", tap the settings icon, and select "Forget This Device".

Using the Watch

Home Screen Functions

• Swipe right: Access the main menu.
• Swipe left: Access sports data, heart rate, weather, sleep monitor, and Bluetooth music playback.
• Swipe up: Access the notifications screen.
• Swipe down: Access the shortcut menu.
• Press side button: Return to the main menu.

General Functions

• Swipe right or press side button: Return to the previous or main screen.
• Tap icon: Enter a sub-screen.

Applications

Ensure necessary permissions and notification settings are enabled in your smartphone's applications.

Sports (Training)

Tap the sports icon to enter the multi-sport screen. Choose from 22 sport modes. Tap the screen to pause/stop the activity and tap the respective icons to confirm.

Sports Recording

Tap the sports recording icon to view the latest 10 recordings.

Pedometer (Steps)

Tap the pedometer icon to view steps taken, distance, and calories burnt. Data is recorded automatically. Tap the screen for more details.

Bluetooth Music Playback

Requires connection to the QWatch Pro app. Tap the music icon to enter the menu. Control music playback (play/pause, next/previous, volume) from your smartphone's music app.

Note: For iOS devices, pairing "AFTWS0423S" in the pop-up screen is required for music playback and remote capture.

Temperature

Tap the temperature icon to measure body temperature. Tap the screen to start measurement. Use the settings icon to select units (°C or °F). The record icon enables automatic monitoring every 30 minutes and displays 24-hour data.

Note: Wear the watch for over 3 minutes for stable temperature readings.

Heart Rate

Tap the heart rate icon or swipe left twice to measure heart rate. Set measurement intervals and view detailed data in the QWatch Pro app.

Blood Pressure

Tap the blood pressure icon to measure blood pressure. Synchronize data to the QWatch Pro app for records.

Blood Oxygen

Tap the blood oxygen icon to measure blood oxygen levels. Synchronize data to the QWatch Pro app for records.

Note: Heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen data are for reference only and not for medical use.

Sleep Monitor

Tap the sleep monitor icon or swipe left four times to view sleep data. Requires wearing the watch during sleep. Data syncs to the QWatch Pro app. Less than 1.5 hours of sleep will not be recorded.

Weather

Tap the weather icon to view live weather. Requires connection to the QWatch app, internet/mobile connection, and phone GPS enabled. Weather displayed may differ from your phone's default app.

Message

Swipe up from the home screen to view messages. Connect your smartphone to see new messages and app notifications (up to 9 latest notifications). Enable "allow" and select apps in the QWatch Pro app's notification settings. Ensure messages run in the background via the "Background Operation Protection Guide" in the app.

Stopwatch

Tap the stopwatch icon to enter the interface. Use the play, pause, and reset icons to manage timing.

Timer

Tap the timer icon to set timers for 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes, or a custom duration. The watch will alert when time is up.

Alarm Clock

Tap the alarm clock icon to view and set up to 10 alarms. The watch will alert when an alarm is triggered.

Find Phone

When connected to your smartphone, tap the "Find Phone" icon. Your smartphone will ring or vibrate.

Sedentary Reminder

Set reminders in the QWatch Pro app to encourage activity. The watch will alert at set times.

Drink Water Reminder

Set reminders in the QWatch Pro app to stay hydrated. The watch will alert at set times.

Camera

Open the QWatch Pro app, tap the camera icon on the main page, select "take picture", and tap the watch screen to remotely capture a photo.

Watch Face Screen

Press and hold the home screen to change the watch face. Swipe left/right for options and tap to confirm selection.

Shortcut Menu

Swipe down to access the shortcut menu for Do Not Disturb mode, brightness adjustment, messages, shutdown, and settings.

Settings

Tap the settings icon to access menus for Preferences, dial settings, find my phone, language, system, QR code, and factory reset.

Repair and Refurbished Goods or Parts Notice: User-generated data may be lost during repair. Save data elsewhere before sending for repair. Products may be replaced with refurbished goods or parts, which meet ALDI's quality specifications.

Changing the Straps

Turn the watch over. Push the needle as illustrated to remove the original strap and fit a new one.

Warning: The chain strap contains a magnet. Keep away from metallic objects to prevent attachment or loosening.
