First Time Use
Charge your watch for approximately 2 hours before first use.
Charging Steps:
- Align the charging pins on the watch back with the pins on the charging cable. It will snap into place.
- Connect the charging cable to a USB charging adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- Once fully charged, unplug the cable.
To keep charging pins clean, use a soft cloth weekly.
Turning On/Off the Watch
Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds to turn on. To turn off, press and hold for 3 seconds and slide "shutdown".
Connecting to the FitCloudPro App
Download the FitCloudPro app from your app store or scan the QR code. Open the app, navigate to Device > Bind Device, and select "AFTWS-0823-R". For iOS, you may need to tap "Pair" on a pop-up.
To ensure stable connection, enable "Run in background" in the app's settings.
Disconnecting from the App
In the FitCloudPro app, go to Device, tap the connected device, and select "Unbind". For iOS, also go to your iPhone's Bluetooth settings, tap the 'i' icon next to "AFTWS-0823-R", and select 'Forget This Device'.
Turning On the Screen
Press the side button or raise your wrist. Ensure "Raise to Wake" is enabled in the FitCloudPro app settings for this function to work.
Watch Functions
Navigation
- Home Screen: Swipe right for quick menu, weather, sport; Swipe left for sports data, heart rate, weather, sleep monitor; Swipe up for notifications; Swipe down for shortcut menu.
- Main Menu: Press the side button.
- Change Watch Face: Press and hold the watch face for 5 seconds, swipe left/right to select, tap to confirm.
- Shortcut Menu: Swipe down to access brightness, settings, find phone, and system version.
- General Navigation: Swipe right or press the side button to return to the previous/main screen. Tap icons to enter sub-screens.
Applications
Allow necessary permissions and enable notification settings in your smartphone's applications.
- Stopwatch: Tap the [stopwatch icon] to enter. Use [play] to start, [pause] to pause, and [reset] to reset time.
- Timer: Tap the [timer icon] to enter. Select 1/3/5/10 minutes. The watch will alert when time is up.
- Alarm Clock: Tap the [alarm icon] to view alarms. Set alarms via the FitCloudPro app. Up to 5 alarms can be set.
- Find Phone: Tap the [phone icon] when connected to your smartphone. Your phone will ring or vibrate.
- Activity Reminder: Set reminders to be active via the FitCloudPro app. The watch will alert at set times.
- Drink Reminder: Set reminders to stay hydrated via the FitCloudPro app. The watch will alert at set times.
- Remote Camera: Connect to the FitCloudPro app, tap "Device", select "Shake photograph". Tap the [camera icon] on the watch or shake it to take a photo on your smartphone.
- Settings: Tap the [settings icon] to access the menu for changing menu style, display, battery, vibration intensity, language, QR code, and system settings.
- Sports: Tap the [sports icon] to enter the multi-sport screen. Choose from 20 sport modes. Swipe right to pause/stop, select "Return" to resume or "End" to finish. Swipe left from home to view sports data.
- Bluetooth Music Playback: Tap the [music icon]. Open your smartphone's music app. Use [play/pause], [previous/next], and [volume up/down] icons on the watch. Requires smartphone connection to FitCloudPro app.
- Step (Pedometer): Tap the [pedometer icon] to view steps, distance, and calories. Data is recorded automatically. Tap the screen for more details.
- Heart Rate: Tap the [heart rate icon] to measure heart rate. Swipe down to view the range. Set intervals and view detailed data in the FitCloudPro app. Note: Heart rate data is for reference only and not for medical use.
- Sleep Monitor: Tap the [sleep monitor icon] to view sleep data (wear watch during sleep). Swipe left three times to view data. More detailed records are available in the FitCloudPro app. Note: Sleep duration less than 3 hours is not recorded.
- Weather: Tap the [weather icon] to view live weather. Requires connection to FitCloudPro app and an internet/mobile connection. Weather displayed may differ from your phone's default app.
- Message: View new messages and app notifications. The latest 15 notifications are displayed. Ensure "SMS reminder" is on and configure app notifications in the FitCloudPro app's "Push Notifications".

Warranty Information
The product is guaranteed free from defects in workmanship and parts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Under normal use, defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the company's discretion. This warranty is in addition to rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australia). Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Repair and Refurbished Goods or Parts Notice
Faulty products may need to be returned for repair. User-generated data may be lost during repair; save data elsewhere beforehand. Products may be replaced with refurbished goods or parts, which meet ALDI's quality specifications.
