- The remote control operates effectively up to 5 metres from the TV.
- Unplug the TV before cleaning.
- Clean the TV using only a dry cloth; avoid water or chemicals.
- Use only the provided power supply.
- It is highly recommended to use safety straps to secure the TV.
- Keep liquids, children, and pets away from the TV at all times.
Attaching the Stand
Caution: This TV is heavy. Assistance is recommended for lifting and installation.
- Unplug the TV from the power outlet before installing or removing the stand.
- Do not place the TV upright without the stand attached, as this may damage the remote sensor at the bottom.
- Handle only the frame, not the screen.
- Using safety straps is highly recommended for securing the TV.
To attach the stand/legs:
- Lay the TV face-down on a soft, flat surface (e.g., a sofa or a table with a towel) that is larger than the TV.
- Align the stands with the installation points on the back of the TV.
- Attach the stands to the TV using the provided screws. A screwdriver is required for this step. Caution: Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the screw holes.
Wall-Mounting the TV
Important: Unplug the TV from the power outlet before wall-mounting. Contact a professional for assistance with wall-mounting.
The TV features mounting holes on the back panel compatible with VESA mounting brackets (bracket not included). You will need four standard M8*15mm screws (or longer, depending on your bracket) to wall-mount the TV. The screws included in the package are for the TV stand only.
For advice on bracket support and wall support, consult a qualified installer.

Connect to Power and Antenna
Power Connection: Ensure the TV is plugged into the power outlet. Keep the power switched off until installation is complete. Make sure the TV is switched off at the power outlet until all cables are connected.
Antenna Connection: Connect your antenna for free-to-air TV in High Definition (HD). HD channels offer the best viewing quality and require a digital antenna connection. Note that TV channels in Ultra HD resolution are not currently available in Australia. When watching HD broadcasts on an Ultra HD TV, the picture may appear softer compared to watching on an HD TV.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consult the following advice. For unresolved problems, contact After Sales Support at 1300 002 534.
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
The remote control does not work | Ensure batteries are correctly inserted (+/-). Remove obstacles between the remote and TV sensor. Check the power indicator when pressing the remote's power button; if it doesn't blink, replace batteries. Point the remote directly at the sensor from 1.5-1.8m away. |
The TV won't turn on | Ensure the AC power cord is securely plugged into a working wall outlet. Check the power indicator on the TV. If using a power strip, test it by plugging the TV directly into a wall outlet. Try using the power button on the TV itself. |
No picture/sound or distorted picture/sound in DTV mode | Ensure the antenna cable is securely connected to the TV and wall outlet. Set the input source to DTV. If "No Signal" appears, navigate: button > Setting > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning. If channels are missing, navigate: button > Setting > Broadcasting > Expert Settings > Manual Scan > Digital Channel Tuning. Try a different antenna cable or TV. Move the TV away from potential interference sources. Adjust antenna position. For fuzzy/blurry pictures, select High Definition (HD) channels. |
No picture/sound or distorted picture/sound from an external device | Verify correct device connection and that all cables are fully inserted. Remove and reconnect cables, or try new ones. Restart devices by unplugging and replugging power cords. If "No Signal" is displayed, ensure the correct input source is selected. For 4K playback, use a High-Speed HDMI cable. |
No/distorted sound | Ensure the volume is not muted (press VOL+). Verify external audio device connections and cable insertion. Ensure correct input source and audio settings are selected on the external device. Move the TV away from potential interference. For HDMI audio, ensure the device supports HDMI-ARC and ARC is enabled. For optical audio, set "Digital Output Audio Format" to PCM via Menu > button > Setting > Sound > Expert Settings. |
The smart apps are not working properly | Ensure the TV is connected to the Internet with a stable, high-speed connection. Unstable connections can cause delays or app termination. Check your internet connection and try again. |
No/intermittent internet | Wi-Fi: Ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct. Turn the access point off for 2 minutes, then back on. Remove obstacles between the TV and access point that may weaken Wi-Fi signal (appliances, phones, walls). Reduce interference by turning off other wireless devices. If Wi-Fi fails, try a LAN cable connection. If wired works, the Wi-Fi access point may be faulty. Try a different access point. LAN Cable: Use a CAT 5 or higher rated cable, plugged in at both ends. Static IP: Ensure network addresses are entered correctly. If problems persist, contact your Internet Service Provider or modem manufacturer. |
USB storage device is not recognised or media files don't play properly | This TV is tested with most Flash memory devices and HDDs, but compatibility with certain devices may vary. Use the external hard drive's power adapter if available. Only use USB devices formatted with FAT32 (Windows operating system). Other formatting utilities may not be recognized. USB devices connected via extension cables may not be recognized. Unsupported codecs or containers will not play. Errors in content or container may cause playback issues. File playback may depend on encoding methods. |
