Getting Started
Step 1: Power On
Earbuds automatically power ON when removed from their charging case. You will hear "Power On" through the speakers. Earbuds automatically turn OFF when returned to the charging case or if they do not pair with a device after 5 minutes. The Multi-Function Button does not turn earbuds ON/OFF automatically.

Step 2: Connect Your Stems
After removing earbuds and hearing "Power On", sit them side by side. You will hear "Connected" followed by "Left Channel Connected, Right Channel Connected".
To restore earbuds to factory settings: Ensure QAir Stems are disconnected from Bluetooth, or the device is turned off. Press either the Left or Right earbud 8 times until the WHITE light flashes repeatedly.

Step 3: Pairing Your Device
With earbuds paired to each other, pair them with your device. In your device's Bluetooth settings, look for "QAIRSTEMS" and select it to complete pairing. You will hear "Bluetooth Connected" when paired.

Step 4: Low Power? Drop & Charge!
Wireless Charging
Charge your QAir Stems wirelessly using a wireless charger. The charging case indicator lights will change from 1 BLUE light to all 4 BLUE lights when fully charged.
Wired Charging
Charge your QAir Stems case using the included USB-C cable connected to a USB power adapter or computer USB port. The charging case indicator lights will change from 1 BLUE light to all 4 BLUE lights when fully charged.
*Wireless charger and USB power adapter are not included. Maximum DC 5V; excessive voltage will damage the charging case.
See the next page for charging your earbuds.

Step 5: Charge Your Stems
When earbuds are low on power, you will hear "Battery Low" every 90 seconds until placed in the charging case. Earbuds automatically charge when in the case, whether the case is connected to power or not (if the case has charge). The earbud indicator light remains WHITE while charging and stops when fully charged.
Keep in Mind: If using only one earbud, remove the unused earbud from the case before placing the used earbud in it. Both earbuds should always be put back in the charging case together to avoid charging failure.
