Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of a Smart WiFi Thermometer & Hygrometer. This device allows you to remotely monitor the current temperature and humidity of your living space, view historical data, and export data via email.
Components

Buttons
- ON/OFF Button: Press to turn the device on or off.
- Button: Press and hold for 5 seconds to unbind the device from the current account.
- RESET Button: Press and hold for over 5 seconds to perform a hardware reset if the device encounters an issue.
Indicator Lights
Red Indicator Light
- Powering On: Press the ON/OFF button; the green light turns on, and the red light flashes twice before turning off.
- Powering Off: Press the ON/OFF button; the red light turns on and then gradually turns off.
- Low Battery: When the battery voltage is too low, the red light blinks 5 times before the device automatically powers off. Upon subsequent power-ons, the red light will blink 5 times and then turn off.
Green Indicator Light
- Not Configured/Unbound: After powering on, if the device is not configured to the network or has been unbound, the green light flashes until it turns off after 2 minutes.
- No Network Connection: After powering on, if the device is configured but has no network connection, the green light stays on for 15 seconds and then turns off.
- Normal Network Connection: After powering on, if the device is configured and the network is normal, the green light stays on and blinks 3 times within 10 seconds before turning off.
- Network Configuration: During the network configuration process, the green light stays on until the connection is complete, then blinks rapidly 3 times and turns off.
- Firmware Upgrade: During firmware upgrade, the green light stays on until the upgrade is complete.
Charging
Connect the provided USB charging cable to any USB charger. The red light will stay on, and the green light will flash during charging. Both lights will stay on when fully charged.
Setup
- Scan the QR code or search for "ThermoPro Sensor" on the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download and install the app.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smart device.
- Open the app, click the account icon in the top right corner, and register an account.
- Return to the main page and press the ON/OFF button on the device. The red light will flash twice.
- Touch the "Add Device" button, search for "TP371(X)", touch the "+" icon, and follow the in-app instructions to connect the device. The app will then display the current temperature and humidity.
Using the ThermoPro Sensor App
Main Menu
Access FAQs, contact information, and temperature unit switching via the menu in the upper left corner.
Device Details
Touch the paired device in "My Device(s)" to view detailed information, including temperature, heat index, and humidity. You can also switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) here, though the device's display unit is set separately.
Adjusting Device Settings
Touch the "=" button in the upper right corner to adjust device settings. Here you can export data and set temperature/humidity alerts.
- Rename Device: Touch the device name at the top to rename it.
- Alert Setting: Enable/disable temperature or humidity alarms and set desired MAX/MIN ranges.
- Data Management: Options to delete device data (local cache or cloud) and export data.
- Other Settings: Configure data upload refresh frequency, device sharing, and view device information.
