How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds
Step 1: Ensure the indicator light faces down, then place the headset into your ear.
Step 2: Rotate the headset backward towards the auricle side to fit snugly.
Note: The sound hole facing up is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.
Pairing and Reset
TWS Auto Pairing
- Pick up 2 headsets from the charging base. They will power on and connect automatically within 10 seconds.
- The left or right earbud will flash red and blue alternately (Pairing mode).
- Search for the pairing name [TOZO-T10] on your phone and select it.
Reset
If only one earbud connects or the two earbuds cannot pair together, follow these reset steps:
- Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. Hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until red lights turn on to power off the earbuds.
- Hold both buttons again for 8 seconds until the blue light blinks quickly. This indicates the reset is complete.
If your phone claims "Connection Unsuccessful", delete all [TOZO-T10] records from your phone, then search and select [TOZO-T10] again.

Left Earbud Controls
- Power On/Off: Hold or pick up earbuds from the battery case to power on automatically. Hold or put earbuds into the battery case to power off & charge automatically.
- Play/Pause (1x Tap): Tap once to play or pause audio.
- Previous Track (2x Tap): Tap twice to go to the previous track.
- Volume Down (Hold): Hold to decrease volume.
- Accept Call (1x Tap): Tap once to accept an incoming call.
- End Call (Hold): Hold to end an active call.
- Reject Call (Hold): Hold to reject an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant (3x Tap): Tap three times to activate your mobile phone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, Baidu, etc.).
Right Earbud Controls
- Power On/Off: Hold or pick up earbuds from the battery case to power on automatically. Hold or put earbuds into the battery case to power off & charge automatically.
