How To Pair

TWS Auto Pairing Step

1. Pick up 2 headsets from the charging base. They will power on automatically and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. The master headset (R) will enter pairing mode with your mobile phone automatically.

To connect: Search for the master headset (R) pairing name TOZO-T10-R and select it on your mobile phone.

Reset

If your phone claims "Connection Unsuccessful", please delete all TOZO-T10-R records on your phone, then click to research and select TOZO-T10-R.

Important: Do NOT select TOZO-T10-L. The slave earbud (L) flashing blue slowly indicates it has already paired with the master earbud (R) automatically.

Tips

• Take out the earbuds from the case. Wait until the Right earbud flashes red and blue alternately, and the Left earbud flashes blue slowly. Then you can connect to Bluetooth. If you do not see these indicators, please restart or reset the earbuds.
• Please turn off Bluetooth on your phone after using the earbuds.

Wearing Steps

1. Please make sure the indicator light side is facing down, then place the headset into your ear.
2. Rotate the earbuds towards the auricle side to fit snugly.

For best performance, please try all sizes of ear caps to find the best one for your ears.

Customization

To improve your wearing experience, please select the best fitting ear caps for you. Available sizes include XL, L, M, and S.

Button Control

Both the Right (R) and Left (L) earbuds share the same button controls:

• Click: Receive phone call / Hang up phone call / Play / Pause
• Double click: Redial last number
• Long press 2S (2 seconds): Reject phone call

Waterproof

The TOZO T10 earbuds are waterproof for daily life. You can wear them while showering, swimming, washing your face, exposing them to rain, or having a bath, but they cannot be submerged for diving.

Please note this when swimming:

• Above water: Signal works normally.
• Underwater: Signal will be interrupted.

Notes for signal transmission distance:

• ≤ 10m signal works normal ✅
• > 10m signal will be interrupted ❌

Earbuds Warning!

1. Do not place the product in an environment where the temperature is too low (above 45°C or below 0°C).
2. Do not dismantle or repair the earbuds under any circumstances. If necessary, send the product to the seller for repair.
3. After the earbuds and charger are soaked in water, please dry them with a soft cloth or by airing. (If soaked in sea water, rinse with fresh water and then dry). Use after 2 hours.
4. The earbuds and Bluetooth devices will be disconnected if the distance between them is more than 10 meters.
5. Keep the device and accessories away from children and pets.
6. Since the Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater, swimming or diving will cause the signal to be intermittent or disconnected.
7. Do not put the earbuds into a washing machine.

Battery Warning!

1. The battery in the product may cause fire or chemical burning if mishandled.
2. Only use the specified charger for this product to charge its battery.
3. The discard of batteries should obey local law. If possible, please recycle them. Do not dispose of them as household garbage, as this may cause an explosion.
4. Users are not allowed to take out or replace the battery in the product unless there is a stipulation in the user manual. This is very hazardous and may cause damage to the product.
