Power and Installation

Power: The monitor should only be operated with the specified power supply. It is advised to unplug the unit during electrical storms or when not in use for extended periods to protect against power surges. Avoid overloading power strips and extension cords. Ensure the power outlet is easily accessible.

Installation: Do not place the monitor on unstable surfaces. Use only manufacturer-recommended stands or mounting kits. Ensure adequate ventilation around the monitor, leaving at least 10cm (4 inches) on the sides and 30cm (12 inches) above. Avoid tilting the monitor downwards by more than -5 degrees to prevent panel detachment.

Wall Mounting: The monitor can be mounted on a wall using a separately purchased VESA-compliant wall mount. Follow the instructions provided with the mounting kit. Ensure the correct screw size (M4*(10+X) mm) is used, where X is the thickness of the wall mount bracket. Note that VESA mounting holes may not be available on all models.

Cleaning

Clean the monitor cabinet with a soft, damp cloth. Use a cotton or microfiber cloth, ensuring it is only slightly damp and that no liquid enters the equipment. Always unplug the power cord before cleaning.

Other Information

If the product emits unusual smells, sounds, or smoke, immediately unplug the power cord and contact a service center. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked. Avoid exposing the monitor to intense vibrations or impacts. Use power cords with safety approval. Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss.

Setup and Connections

Box Contents: The package typically includes the monitor, Quick Start Guide, Warranty Card, Stand, Base, Adapter, HDMI Cable, and DisplayPort Cable. Availability of cables may vary by region.

Stand and Base Assembly: Follow the provided diagrams for assembling or removing the stand and base.

Viewing Angle Adjustment: Adjust the monitor angle for optimal viewing. Hold the stand to prevent the monitor from toppling. Avoid touching the LCD screen during adjustment. Do not tilt downwards more than -5 degrees.

Connecting the Monitor: Connect the power cable and signal cable (HDMI or DisplayPort) to the monitor and your computer. Ensure both the computer and monitor are powered off before making connections.

Features and Settings

Adaptive-Sync: This feature works with DP/HDMI and requires a compatible graphics card and processor. Refer to the manual for a list of recommended AMD Radeon graphics cards and processors.

HDR: The monitor is compatible with HDR10 signals. The HDR function may activate automatically if the player and content are compatible. Users can disable this feature in the display settings if desired.

Shortcut Keys: The monitor features shortcut keys for Source/Exit, Clear Vision, Image Aspect Ratio, Menu/Enter, and Power.

Clear Vision: This function enhances image quality by converting low-resolution, blurry images into sharp, vivid ones. It can be adjusted to weak, medium, or strong settings.

OSD Setup: The On-Screen Display (OSD) menu allows for various adjustments, including language, standby time, position, transparency, and break reminders. OSD lock/unlock functions are also available.

Luminance Settings: Adjust Contrast, Brightness, Eco Mode, Gamma, DCR, and HDR settings. Note that some settings may be disabled when HDR is active.

Color Setup: Customize Color Temperature, Color Gamut (Native, sRGB), LowBlue Mode, and DCB modes. Red, Green, and Blue gain adjustments are also available.

Picture Boost: This feature allows adjustment of Bright Frame, Frame Size, Brightness, Contrast, and Position for an enhanced visual experience.

Game Setting: Optimize the display for gaming with modes like FPS, RTS, Racing, and custom player settings. Features like Shadow Control, Adaptive-Sync, Game Color, Overdrive, MBR, Frame Counter, and Crosshair are available.

Extra Settings

Additional settings include Input selection, Off Timer, Image Aspect Ratio, DDC/CI, and Reset options.

Exit

Options to exit the OSD menu.

LED Indicator

The LED indicator shows the power status: White for Full Power Mode and Orange for Standby Mode.

Troubleshooting
