Availability and stock limit

Returns
All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product(s) less the discount received.

Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to validation and verification checks by the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final.

Right to withdraw
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period.

The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to availability of products or services. Customers (including IKEA Family Members) shall review these terms on a regular basis.

Right to correct and adjust
While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all terms, conditions, prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust terms, conditions, prices and charges including GST, customs duty and other statutory charges.

Limitation of liability
The Promoter is not liable to any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
