Overview
The DWM-550-G 5G M2M Router provides advanced 5G-NR and 4G-LTE dual-mode connectivity. It is equipped with four gigabit Ethernet ports, one of which can be configured as an Ethernet WAN port, enabling seamless switching between broadband and cellular connections. Additionally, it features Wi-Fi 6 AX1800 connectivity, making it suitable for a wide range of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications.

5G M2M Network
The DWM-550-G leverages cutting-edge 5G NR (FR1) technology for superior connection capacity and automatic WAN failover. It supports both Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) 5G architectures and is backward compatible with 4G and 3G networks, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
Superior Connection Capability
This router empowers operations by providing a backup connection to ensure stable connectivity even during disruptions. It features auto-failover, load balancing, and multiple WAN switching options for superb connectivity. Failover capabilities extend across dual SIM cards and between 5G and Ethernet WAN connections, ensuring seamless service. The device supports multiple VPN protocols including IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, GRE, and WireGuard, enhancing security through encrypted connections, versatile tunneling, and secure remote access for data protection, remote work, or site connectivity.
Suitable for Harsh Environments
Designed to withstand demanding conditions, the DWM-550-G features a durable metal casing and operates within a broad temperature range from -30 to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F). It supports a wide input voltage range of DC 12-36V. The router includes built-in Network Address Translation (NAT) and bridge mode, simplifying network setup while enhancing security and interconnectivity.
Connection Diagram

The front panel of the DWM-550-G router displays several status LEDs: PWR (Power), SUB-6 (5G Sub-6 GHz), WIFI (Wi-Fi status), SIM A, SIM B (SIM card status), STATUS (general status), 4G (4G LTE status), and SIGNAL (cellular signal strength). A recessed Reset Button is also present.
Back View
The back panel of the DWM-550-G router features multiple connection points. It includes two Wi-Fi antenna connectors (SMA RP-F), one WAN/LAN Ethernet port (labeled LAN1), three additional LAN Ethernet ports (LAN2, LAN3, LAN4), two Nano SIM card slots (labeled SIM A and SIM B), four 5G antenna connectors (SMA F), and a terminal block connector for power input (labeled PWR/GND/IGN). A reset button is also visible.
