POWER TRIPLE LOCK CONNECTOR SYSTEM

The TE Connectivity POWER TRIPLE LOCK connector system offers high performance with a functional design, providing enhanced connectivity for power and signal applications. It features three methods of connectivity for 3-in-1 reliability: cap and plug latch together, Connector Position Assurance (CPA) to prevent accidental disengagement, and Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) to ensure terminals are fully seated.

The system supports standard 105°C, high temperature 150°C, and glow wire applications, with options for four keying configurations and multiple colors to prevent mismating. It accommodates up to 15 positions with 6mm spacing.

Key benefits include an audible 'lock' latch for positive feedback, ribs to prevent wire snagging, optional CPA for secure mating, and optional TPA for enhanced contact retention. The connector is available in three housing material options: Standard 105°C (Natural, Purple, Blue, Yellow), High Temperature 150°C (Light Gray, Red, Black, Natural), and Glow Wire (Dark Gray, Brown, Green, Orange).

With a 6.0mm centerline spacing, the POWER TRIPLE LOCK connector offers a reduced size, low mating force, and low insertion force. The family includes panel mount caps and board mount headers in vertical and right-angle styles.
