Regularly check the cord, the transformer, and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged, the product should not be used.
Important information! Keep these instructions for future use.
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
ONLY USE A SAFETY TRANSFORMER WITH A SELV OUTPUT AS A SUPPLY FOR THE PRODUCT.
Use only IKEA LED drivers suited for this product. The total wattage of the lamps connected to one LED driver must not exceed the maximum power stated on that LED driver and never more than 30W.
WARNING – Strangulation hazard.
NEVER place cord within reach of the child in a cot or playpen. ALWAYS secure cord to wall or cabinet. Check regularly that the cord is securely fastened. Pull the cord to remove any slack between fasteners. Tie up any remaining slack cord between driver and socket.
Included Parts and Tools
The following parts are typically included:
- 1x Connector/adapter unit
- 2x Screws
- 1x End cap/cover
- 1x Mounting bracket (pair)
- 1x Mounting bracket (single)
Tools required (not included): Screwdriver (Phillips and flathead), scissors.

Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble and install the MITTLED lighting.
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Strip
Cut the mounting strip to the desired length using scissors. Attach the mounting brackets to the prepared strip.

Step 2: Attach Brackets to Cabinet
Mount the prepared brackets to the underside of the cabinet using the provided screws. Typically, two screws are used per bracket.

Step 3: Install LED Lighting Strips
The LED lighting strips can be installed in various configurations, such as parallel or linear arrangements.

Ensure correct installation to avoid hazards:
- Do not install the light strip in a way that creates a loop.
- Never place the cord where it can be pulled by a child.
- Ensure cords are not accessible to children.

Step 4: Connect Multiple Units
A maximum of 10 units can be connected together in a series.

Step 5: Secure Lighting Strips
Slide the LED lighting strip onto the mounted brackets. It should click securely into place.

Step 6: Connect and Mount
Connect multiple LED strips together by sliding the connectors until they click securely. Then, attach the combined unit to the mounting brackets.

Step 7: Power Connection
The LED driver and power supply cord are sold separately. Connect these components as per their respective instructions.
