Promo Potongan Harga
Promo potongan harga berlaku hanya untuk Samsung Galaxy dengan tipe yang tercantum dalam tabel pada point 2. Potongan harga akan langsung dikenakan/diperhitungkan pada saat pembayaran. Kuota unit dan potongan harga terbatas. Promo potongan harga dengan Bank hanya berlaku dengan metode cicilan dan tidak dapat digabung dengan promo lain.
Ambil di Toko (Buy Online Pickup in Store - BOPIS)
Pengiriman produk akan dilakukan ke alamat toko yang telah dipilih oleh pembeli/konsumen. Pilihan toko dan rincian alamat akan muncul setelah memasukkan informasi "Provinsi" dan "Daerah". Nama pada transaksi harus sesuai dengan kartu identitas (KTP/KITAS/KITAP). Pengambilan paket harus dilakukan sendiri oleh pembeli/konsumen dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas asli dan e-invoice. Jika diwakilkan, diperlukan surat kuasa dan KTP asli pembeli/konsumen serta KTP asli pihak pengambil barang. Toko hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat pengambilan. Ketentuan Umum
Hadiah Barang tersedia dalam jumlah terbatas. Samsung berhak menambah/mengurangi kuota hadiah. Hadiah tidak dapat ditukar, diubah, dibatalkan, atau diuangkan. Warna hadiah tidak dapat dipilih. Samsung berhak membatalkan status hadiah jika data tidak sesuai. Pembeli/Konsumen tidak dapat membatalkan transaksi atau mengubah data setelah transaksi selesai. Pengajuan keluhan maksimal 7 hari setelah barang terkirim. Retur produk cacat memerlukan video unboxing. Samsung berhak menolak pembatalan transaksi yang tidak valid atau melanggar ketentuan. Samsung berhak mengubah syarat dan ketentuan kapan saja. Keputusan Samsung bersifat final. Dengan bertransaksi, Pembeli/Konsumen dianggap menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan serta bersedia dihubungi oleh Samsung atau pihak ketiga.
Syarat dan Ketentuan Tukar Tambah / Trade-In
Program ini memungkinkan Pembeli/Konsumen membeli unit Samsung Galaxy Series baru dengan menukarkan smartphone/tablet lama dan membayar selisih harga. Maksimal 1 unit per transaksi. Potongan harga tertera di Troli setelah memasukkan IMEI. Program berlaku untuk pembelian di www.samsung.com/id selama periode promo. Smartphone/tablet harus milik pribadi. Proses trade-in melibatkan memasukkan detail produk lama, memilih brand/model, memasukkan IMEI, dan konfirmasi harga. Pembeli/Konsumen bertanggung jawab atas data di perangkat lama (backup dan penghapusan). Samsung dan Laku6 tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan data. Bukti transaksi dan identitas harus ditunjukkan kepada pihak Laku6. Proses tukar unit tidak dapat diwakilkan. Keputusan Samsung bersifat mutlak.
