Regulatory Information

Regulatory information can be found on the device itself by navigating to ABOUT PHONE within the SETTING menu. This includes CMIIT ID, CCC, CE, and WEEE compliance details. Additional regulatory information is also available on the CUBOT website.

The device complies with RF specifications. SAR standards are as follows:

  • Head: (limit 2 W/kg) 1.500 W/kg
  • Body worn: (limit 2 W/kg) 1.468 W/kg
  • Hotspot: (limit 2 W/kg) 1.468 W/kg
  • Limb: (limit 4 W/kg) 3.825 W/kg

The device meets CE certification standards.

According to Directive 2014/53/EU, the bands and power levels are:

FCC Rules Compliance:

This Smartphone complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the Smartphone.

This Smartphone has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This smartphone generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information:

This Smartphone meets the government's requirements for exposure to radio waves. The guidelines are based on standards developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons regardless of age or health.

The SAR limit of the USA (FCC) is 1.6W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device Model: CUBOT P90 (FCC ID: 2AHZ5-A20) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the ear is 1.297W/kg and when properly worn on the body is 1.149W/kg.

Body-worn Operation:

This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the smartphone kept 10mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 10mm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the smartphone, including the antenna. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.

Device Components

Receiver: The earpiece for audio output during calls.

USB Type-C Port: Used for charging and data transfer.

Power button / fingerprint recognition: The button used to turn the device on/off and unlock it using fingerprint authentication.

Dual SIM Card / 1 SIM and 1 TF: Slot for inserting one or two SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF (microSD) card.

Speakers: Located at the top and bottom of the device for audio playback.

Volume: Buttons to adjust the audio volume.

Rear camera: The primary camera system located on the back of the device.

WARNING

Follow the warning information provided below to prevent incidents such as fire or explosion.

  • Do not turn on or use the device when the battery compartment is exposed.
  • The tablet should be at least 15 cm away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster and never put the device in your coat pocket.
  • Do not expose the device and other batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment such as sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, or water heaters. Overheating of the battery can cause an explosion.
  • When charging is complete or not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power outlet.
  • If the device is equipped with a non-removable battery, do not replace the battery yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
  • Use of an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • Do not disassemble or reset the battery, insert other objects, or immerse it in water or other liquids to avoid battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
  • Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid subjecting it to excessive external pressure, resulting in internal short-circuit and overheating of the battery.
  • Keep the device away from the belly of pregnant women and the lower abdomen of adolescents.
  • For children and young people, please make sensible use of the device, for example by avoiding night-time communication and limiting the frequency and duration of calls.
  • The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.
  • To prevent possible hearing damage when using a headset, do not listen to sound at high volume for long periods.

This marking on the product, accessories, or literature indicates that the product and its electronic accessories (e.g., charger, headset, USB cable) should not be disposed of with other household waste.
