Accessories User Guide
Introduction
▶️ Follow the instructions carefully when installing the basket.
Kit Contents
The kit includes the following components, illustrated with diagrams:
- Basket main frame (x1)
- Side rails (x5)
- Cross bars (x4)
- Wind deflector brackets (x5)
- Bolts (various types and quantities including x4, x1, x5, x8, x20)
- Washers
- Hand knobs
- Allen key
- Protective caps (x4)
Required Load Carrier Types
This basket is compatible with the following load carrier types:
- WingBar
- WingBar Evo
- Squarebar
Safety and Load Information
WARNING: Always consider all the weights and load capacities of the particular parts and the car. ⚠️
Maximum Load Capacity

Always distribute the load as shown in the illustration.
Maximum Speed

Never exceed the maximum speed limit when the basket is installed. The maximum speed limit is 130 km/h.
Precautions
IMPORTANT: Illustration shows how to securely fix the load in the basket using straps. ?
WARNING: Illustration depicts a car being affected by strong winds, accompanied by a warning symbol. ? Always choose the appropriate speed for the actual driving conditions.
IMPORTANT: Illustration shows an automatic car wash with a prohibition symbol ? over it. ? Never use an automatic car wash when the basket is installed.
Installation
Step 1: Remove the protective caps from the basket. ⚙️
Step 2: Install the five wind deflector brackets onto the basket frame. The illustration shows the placement points and fasteners.
Step 3: Slide the front and rear parts of the basket together, guided by arrows in the illustration.
Step 4: Install four bolts with washers to connect the parts.
Step 5: Tighten the bolts. The recommended tightening torque is 3 Nm.
IMPORTANT: Do not insert sharp objects into the basket tubes, as this may damage the parts. ❗
Step 6: Install the wind deflector, following the steps illustrated:
- Remove the protective film from the wind deflector.
- Attach the wind deflector to the installed brackets.
- Secure the wind deflector using the five provided bolts, washers, and hand knobs.
Mounting to Load Carriers
Step 7: Install the attached parts onto the load carriers, as depicted in the illustration:
- Attach the tube clamps onto the load carrier tubes. Ensure the nuts face towards the center of the car.
- Connect the brackets to the tube clamps using the bolts. Turn the bolts two to three turns to engage the nuts. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Place the basket onto the load carriers. Slide the brackets over the load carriers.
Load Carrier Spacing:
- Measure the distance between the load carriers.
- The minimum distance between load carriers should be 510 mm (approximately 20 inches).
- Position the basket so the front and rear overhang is equal.
- Avoid installing securing clamps in the middle area of the load carriers.
IMPORTANT: Always position the basket on the load carrier tubes as illustrated. ⬆️
Securing the Basket
When using WingBar or WingBar Evo:
Secure the basket using the T-track screws:
- Trim the rubber strips to the correct length.
- Install the four T-track screws.
- 1. Mount the basket onto the T-track screws.
- 2. Install the four spring washers and hand knobs. Tighten the hand knobs. The tightening torque is 3 Nm.
- 3. Use the provided Allen key to tighten the bolts. The tightening torque is 3 Nm.
When using Squarebar:
Secure the basket using the U-shaped bolts:
- Select the U-shaped bolts with the suitable length as shown in the illustration.
- 1. Install the four U-shaped bolts onto the attaching brackets.
- 2. Install the eight spring washers and hand knobs. Tighten the hand knobs. The tightening torque is 3 Nm.
- 3. Use the provided Allen key to tighten the bolts. The tightening torque is 3 Nm.
Installing Protective Caps
Follow these steps to install the protective caps:
- Install the fastener into the protective cap.
- Attach the protective cap as shown in the illustration.
- Push down and fold the protective cap to secure it.
- Turn the fastener clockwise to lock it in place.
Extension Kit
The extension kit is available as a separate accessory for the basket.
Extension Kit Weight and Maximum Load Capacity:
- Weight: 4.5 kg (10 lbs)
- Maximum Load: 68 kg (150 lbs)
Always distribute the load as shown in the illustration.
Using the Extension Kit
This procedure is only necessary if the basket has already been assembled.
- 1. Remove the four bolts along with their washers.
- 2. Slide the front and rear parts of the basket apart.
Load Carrier Spacing:
- Measure the distance between the load carriers.
- The minimum distance between load carriers should be 510 mm.
- Position the basket to ensure equal front and rear overhang.
- Do not install securing clamps in the middle area.
Continue the installation process starting from the step for installing the wind deflector brackets.
Assembly with Extension Kit:
- Assemble the basket with the extension kit as shown in the illustration.
- Install eight bolts with washers.
- Tighten the bolts. The tightening torque is 3 Nm.
